Review Mcdonald's - Richmond

Just had to share my bad experience, as I waited over 20 minutes for 3 Happy Meals while my kids were starving. I understand they were busy and there was only a newbie at the counter, but he was giving everyone else their orders before ours. I heard him say to the manger he didn’t know how to do a Happy Meal, but was giving out cheeseburger meals to people who came 15 minutes after us. I had to ask multiple times for someone to get our order. The timer on their screen reached 999 seconds which is the maximum time and just stopped lol.

Food is always fresh but I swear this place is the stingiest when it comes to soft serves. Always get a small when I order a large. Day staff isnt always on the ball and can be fairly sloppy.

The male toilets are so bad you'd probably rather hold on until you can cross the road to the Richmond Traders toilets. The staff are incredibly rude, especially in the drive-thu and they consistently burn the coffee. A terrible store.

Toilets are really dirty come on maccas you need to practise good hygiene. Toilets need to be cleaned so its safe to be used . Food is great but Toilets are not !

Waited 25 minutes in the waiting bay - we had to go inside to get out food because they’d forgotten about it. Was met with passive aggressive staff who ignored us. I’ve never had such terrible customer service. Don’t go here. Edit: food was stone cold, too.

Tried out the new vegetarian burger. Customised it to exclude the ketchup and the “chicken sauce?” Better than Hungry Jacks, but not as satisfying, strangely.

Chaotic and dangerous drive through, cars lined up and out to bridge road blocking one lane. Cars lined up at two entries fighting to enter one drive through. Could not meet local planning requirements. Council should require McDonalds to close drive through or upgrade to ensure safety and appropriate traffics flow when demand is high. Not to mention poor customer experience .

Pretty similar to your standard Macca anywhere around. Few positives are it's open 24*7, and the staff is friendly.<br/>That makes it a go to place for me.

I am a fan of the big mac, and this place served what will be, until my dying day, the best big mac ever consumed or concocted in the history of mankind! Any presentation of the big mac, here, and forever more after, no matter how audacious, whether Bobby Flay or Guy Fieri trying to match it on the food network, no one could remake that big mac the way I enjoyed it... no one! I mean, it's been three years since I had it, and I still think about it...

The staff never ever get our order right. They always send food with certain items missing but we've paid for it. Not once have they sent an order right. Unacceptable! I order food to be delivered through UberEats. If I had a dollar for every single time they didn't send chips or something else or the other I'd be very rich by now! Get your act together. It's not that hard to get a simple order right. It's not rocket science! The food tastes pretty basic too. Nothing too special. After all it’s junk food.

I don’t know why I am reviewing McDonald’s as clearly no one reads Zomato to decide whether to go to Macca’s or not but this one is average. Food is always not fresh and the McFlurrys are a joke now... ever since a Macca’s removed the mixing part it’s just a glorified overpriced Sundae.

Such good food, great service, prompt and fresh. I just would really like to see this level of service at other McDonald's. the nuggets were crunchy and we got our sweet and sour sauce which you don't receive often. Shout out to the chef <br/>

The Big Mac is to die for. The buns are baked by true craftspeople, exclusively French origin chefs made with locally sourced ingredients from the Bridge Rd farmers markets, it doesn't get any fresher than this! The staff are lovely and are genuinely happy to work a minimum wage job because of their passion for fine dining! Great job Mcdonalds! Keep up the excellent work!

Been walking past the new 'loaded fries' sign for a few weeks, then late night craving couldn't hold out any longer.. Maccas attempt at a trending dish, misses the mark on every front, and tastes exactly like this - maccas fries, KFC gravy. Visualise those two in your mouth at the same time, and that's what you've got. Nothing memorable, but not really horrible either.

We are not reviewing the standard Macca's food here because they are basically just fast food, they are cheap/fast and you get what you pay for. We're writing about the new Create your taste menu, which to our surprise, was unexpectly good. The burgers are juicy, tasty and don't give you that "what-have-I-done-to-myself" feeling everytime you eat fast food. It's excellent that they allow you to customise your burger based on lots of ingredients, so you can make your own perfect burger. The waiting time could be a bit longer than usual though but that's minor.

"sorry.. refuse to go near - What if I don't wear any 'nightwear'....]<br/><br/>Yes... you know... you throw a wrap over your nightie.. or whatever.. telling yourself no-one will ever notice, jump in the car, drive to the DRIVE "THRU" of a GOOD, RELIABLE, CONSISTENT, STAFF WELL TRAINED and ABLE, ALL BURGERS IN THE BAG, CHIP BOXES NEVER EMPTY, STRAWS NEVER FORGOTTEN - McDONALD'S store like the one in Church Street, Richmond. and shout out.. a GREAT BIG order.. at the little box.... <br/><br/>And that's exactly what I did today...!!!<br/><br/>And I have no probs in admitting that I myself, am quite partial to their CRISPY CHICKEN with Sweet Chilli Sauce WRAPS - in fact.. I can devour 3, maybe 4.. quite easily...!!!<br/><br/>Hey, don't judge me...yes, it is "JUNK FOOD" [sorry.. euphemism required here..
