Terrible service! Wouldn't give them any stars. I placed an order online for four platters for a function, went to pick them up and the manager didn't check the online orders so they weren't made. The staff member was then going to make up the platters with whatever was left on the shelf. I refused asked for a refund then he said he can't, the manager needs to do it. Four days later, I haven't received the refund or received a call. Do yourself a favour and don't order platters here.

I usually refrain from leaving a review but enough is enough! Every time i dine at this KFC the food is never fresh and the service is absolutely appalling. Like how hard is it to read a screen with every item ordered by a customer shown to you clear as day.

A busy venue which caters to a fast coming blow of crowd.<br/><br/>We had ordered for wings. Much can't be differentiated with the best quality KFC offers. The staff is hospitable and is located in the heart of the mall. However the food that they make has loaded amount of oil in it. If not eaten instantly is a waste of money

Had a hot and spicy chicken piece, soft drink, potato gravy with fries combo . The food was tasty however the order took more than 10mins to arrive despite not too many people, which isn’t expected from a fast food chain like KFC.

Service here was alright. I asked about the wicked wings promo and the girl behind the counter was very informative. <br/><br/>Came here to try out the mozza zinger burger which, apparently, people are lining up for. When i first opened up the box i was quite disappointed because the burger looked rather petty compared to the advertisements. I dont expect it to look as delicious but presentation wise, looked like very little effort was put into the burger. <br/><br/>Taste wise, it was quite bland. Didn't have much taste to it and even the chicken tasted underseasoned. Wouldn't order the mozza burger again or at all if i knew it was like this.

Always forget to give sauce. In the five times we have been here, they have forgotten to give sauce 4 out of 5 times in the service!! The food is of standard quality but we expect sauce and shouldn't have to ask for it.

I love this KFC as it's the only one where the hot and spicy can be permanently found on the menu. That in itself, in my opinion, deserves 2.5 ratings. I'm not ashamed to say that I sometimes make the trek here just to satisfy my cravings for hot and spicy chicken.<br/><br/>Update 06/03/2016<br/><br/>Not only is this place the best ever as they served Hot & Spicy all year round, they have the friendliest and most helpful staffs. Each time I'm here I'm impressed with how they handle order requests e.g 3 piece box with 1 breast and 2 thighs, and they get it right every time. Further they are always happy to replace an item with one of similar value with no fuss at all. I'm upping my rating!

KFC is standard KFC everywhere, it seems like. The chicken tastes exactly like the way it does in India. Had the Five Stars Box ($12.25) which was good value for money - 1 Grilled Wrap, 3 Wicked Wings, 1 tiny packet Popcorn Chicken, Crispy Strip, French Fries, Potato and Gravy, and Chocolate Caramel Mousse. <br/><br/>Tip: You can exchange what's in the 'Five Stars Box' for equivalent other items on the menu.<br/><br/>Apart from the potato and gravy (which was a curious addition for me, being from India), I was surprised to see that tomato sauce (ketchup) sachets are not free of cost.
