Clean, spacious place with a nice ambience. Desserts tasted quite average, though presentation was beautiful. But the mains made up for it. Had the Roasted Pork Belly which was juicy & tender on the inside, and crunchy, delicious on the outside. The cauliflower puree that came with the pork belly was smooth and tasty. Also had the Scotch Fillet with bernaise butter and hand cut chips. Steak was cooked exactly the way we want it, and the hand cut chips were crispy.
Wait staff were friendly and efficient.
Parking can be a bit of a pain.
I had the mushrooms with sourdough, poached eggs and eggplant caponata. The poached eggs were runny in the centre and the mushroom/eggplant was delicious. Good value for money.
Gorgeous large open space, modern and chic furnishings with a cool added retro vibe. Dined here whilst staying at the Aloft Hotel. Loved the food!!! I had the fish & chips - beautiful and freshly made. Loved the Panko crumb for something a bit different. E enjoyed her burger too. We shared a stunning chocolate dessert too - good !!! Can't wait to return.
