Clean, spacious place with a nice ambience. Desserts tasted quite average, though presentation was beautiful. But the mains made up for it. Had the Roasted Pork Belly which was juicy & tender on the inside, and crunchy, delicious on the outside. The cauliflower puree that came with the pork belly was smooth and tasty. Also had the Scotch Fillet with bernaise butter and hand cut chips. Steak was cooked exactly the way we want it, and the hand cut chips were crispy.
Wait staff were friendly and efficient.
Parking can be a bit of a pain.
I had the mushrooms with sourdough, poached eggs and eggplant caponata. The poached eggs were runny in the centre and the mushroom/eggplant was delicious. Good value for money.
Gorgeous large open space, modern and chic furnishings with a cool added retro vibe. Dined here whilst staying at the Aloft Hotel. Loved the food!!! I had the fish & chips - beautiful and freshly made. Loved the Panko crumb for something a bit different. E enjoyed her burger too. We shared a stunning chocolate dessert too - good !!! Can't wait to return.
When Perth’s newest hotel, Aloft opened a couple of months ago it brought a new buzz. Sure we have our list of hotels about town, but seeing new and unique offerings to drive tourism (and cheeky staycations every now and then) get me pretty excited. Situated on Great Eastern Highway, Aloft boasts some pretty fantastic views of our city, a vibing lobby bar and a restaurant called Springs Kitchen.
Friendly staff at the restaurant and lovely vibe. Meals were well presented and delicious but menu prices definitely on the high-end given the portion size and location of the restaurant. Good to try but not somewhere I’d visit often when I need a break from cooking.
My hubby and I dined at Springs Kitchen on Friday night and we were impressed with the prompt service and meals overall. The cocktails were very affordable too.

The steak here is fantastic, 2 nights in a row I have had it, the rump & the sirloin. the steaks were incredible especially considering the cuts they are.
The first night my steak was slightly underdone (ordered medium rare) but I wouldn't change it at all.
The chimichurri adds a refreshing and punchy element to the steak, especially as I don't normally like my steak with anything but a decent seasoning.
The broccolini and potato were a very appropriate paring for this dish and I found myself eating all 3 together, typically I would focus on only the steak.
My fiance had the linguini, which I tried and was also fantastic, she had so much to say for it, she also had it the second night.
It is worth noting both dishes do have a minor amount of heat, the linguini more so then the steak.
Beer choices are limited but not the worst (I stuck with the sidetrack xpa)and their cocktail selection was more then enough to pique interest from most.
Really good experience and would absolutely recommend.
Coffee was amazing!!! Toasted chicken sandwich was a lil bland but not bad. Will go back for another coffee for sure!
They provide healthy and delicious buffet breakfast, great customer service,too.

Beautiful foods, very professional level kitchen work of arts. We are fortunate to stay here and able to taste more dishes than just one. I love cooking and I appreciate the work in the kitchen because I were there before. I loved the blend of tastes from different foods and ingredients in simple Australian dishes and their steaks omg so good. I truly appreciate their skills to make all the simple foods on their menus taste so good. Well done guys 👍👍
Great place to dine we attended the breakfast buffet this morning as a large group. The service was amazing, the staff were so friendly and wonderful. The food was delicious and the assortment was great. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Springs Kitchen💗 thanks so much for having us and for being so accommodating 🙂
