My hubby and I was there last week, had friendly waitstaff and very accommodating to our demands as my husband is a very fussy person. The food is alright, we had schnitzels and the seafood platter. Schnitzels were cooked nicely but could improve on the portion size of the seafood platter as the prawns were very small and seasoning. The garlic prawns and the grilled prawns tasted similar, no contrast in flavour. Desserts were good, creme brûlée had a good texture and had a nice crust. Chocolate fondant was really good. Would come back again, hoping they would add more Aussie favourites and slow cooked dishes like the previous management. Hope to see an improvement and when we return next time. Kudos

A quick post on a surprisingly good feed. Located behind a dodgy looking drive thru bottleshop/bar is Josephine's. Kind of like a cafeteria brassiere, they offer a range of usual pub grub. Plenty of parking at the car park out back. What was surprising was how tasty this was. Grab a menu, order at the counter and wait for your food to be delivered to your table. Be warned that there can be a bit of wait however especially if its a busy night. I went on a Friday night and it was dead set choccers.Surf and Turf- $35 - Beautifully char-grilled rump steak cooked medium-rare with hollandaise sauce and 2 fat succulent prawns sitting on top. Chips are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Very good for Pub/Club food. As far as Club food goes , this place impresses me . Their food is very tasty with good choices. Prices are a bit high for a Pub/Club but not too expensive. Any higher and then you might as well go to a good restaurant. Good for families and drinks are obviously cheap as are all clubs.

Great food and service. I'm here alot. Amongst the best pub food menus I have ever seen. Interesting specials with game, wild funghi etc keep the regulars interested. Quality at good prices.

Hidden Jem. This place is fantastic. It is great food at great value. Our 3 kids (8,10,12) had a great time. Great for groups of any size & for all ages. The pork belly is the best anywhere. I highly recommend this place.

A fairly large hotel that attracts the more unusual and dubious clientele with its capacious bar and gambling rooms, I was there for the innocent reason of trying out their all-day $16 meals. It took some time navigating through each section to get to the bistro but once we were arrived, we were cautiously examining the chairs and tables for any strange stains which were spotted everywhere along the banquettes. We ordered $16 rump steak, lamb loin chops and kransky sausages at the counter and then buzzed in like any traditional pub with lukewarm service. Even though the pictures on the menu displayed exactly what our dishes looked like, we were taken aback by the enormous portions of meat, chips and salad. If you're picky about eating vegetables, the generous drizzle of honey mustard elevates the nutritious spinach and rocket with an enticing creamy and sharp sweetness. The chips were alright but in some places, they were overly salted. But both the sides successfully played its role in boosting the centrepieces of the dish. Three pieces of fresh and tender lamb chops that tasted wonderful when slathered with buttery mushroom gravy, triple the enjoyment. Then a more ridiculous serving of three hefty Kransky sausages grilled until the skin is crunchy, bursting with succulent and fiery juices. Dip it in the smooth, captivating diane sauce and you'll jump right down into Flavortown. The steak was also a picturesque sight except it had sat on the grill for too long and resulted in an irksome taste of charcoal that tainted the delicate layers of meat. I left the hotel with a satisfied appetite and an urge to return for another meal, it's awesome stuff!

Good price, quality food, large meal, been there couple of times, friendly staff, they even reserved a limit-stock steak for me!

Plenty of dealers, drugs, deros and the occasional Gooordon. Pokies pay just don't hold your breath. Foods great
