Customer service was really good. They serve campos coffee, but we didn't try it as it was quite hot and haven't been a fan of Campos for a while since we found so many other great specialty coffee places. No vegan options but they were happy to do me avo on toast with relish. Detox juice was lovely too. Wish they had more comfy chairs though as it gets uncomfortable to sit on hard chairs for too long.

Great Campos coffee. Good breakfast and lunch selection, smoothies, and friendly service. Open at 6am which is excellent for early risers or fitness freaks (this is a compliment ;) It was nice to pop in a couple minutes after opening to find the cafe ready to go and the staff happy and chatty. I found it refreshing; but if you’d prefer glum silence I’m sure they would respect that you’re not a “morning person”. They’re that nice. - indoor and outdoor seating (including a couch for those who like to just chill or read) - convenient parking - a chalkboard for your kids to doodle on, or you to write a message to your secret crush who gets their coffee from The Lott

What a lovely local Cafe. Really enjoyable food & generous breakfasts. Friendly & timely service delicious food & great coffee. Watch your timing as it gets very busy for breaky but worth it. Old fashioned burger served with beetroot lettuce, tomato. Delicious.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Eggs Benny, the Hollandaise was perfect and not too much, it came with a qtr avo rolled in sesame seeds too which was a nice addition. Everyone else really enjoyed their meals too. I think it has changed owners since I last went but the quality is still there 👍

Great food, unique taste to coffee, well made coffees, and a reasonable variety in the menu. The location is also quiet, clean and with a nice atmosphere. It's very local. The staff are genuinely nice people who won't make you feel like a take-out customer. Great little treasure.

One of the best breakfast/lunches on the Gold Coast. It is well priced, the food quality is outstanding. Trust me I have had most of the items on the menu. The coffee is also fantastic.

We decided to go out on saturday night after a good day on the punt. We wanted somewhere local and still serving at 8pm. I thought of this place and have always wanted to try it so 6 of us dropped in. It wasnt very busy and we easily got a table. <br/>We ordered a round of drinks and 6 of the tapas plates which looked appealing to us. We had calamari, prawns, fried houloimi, duck legs, pork belly and aroncini balls. All the tapas were delicious. Especially the duck legs, holoumi and and prawns. <br/><br/>We then ordered a chilli prawn linguini and a bbq meatlovers pizza and a side of chips..<br/><br/>The prawn linguini pasta was amazing. Just enough hint of a kick and the creamy garlic sauce was delicious!! 5/5<br/>The pizza was interestingly good, it was a bottom of a long turkish bread as the base and was very tasty. <br/>The chips were definately awsome. The side sauce if aoili was also tasty. <br/><br/>For 6 of us. We were all very full! 6 plates of tapas and 2 mains and we couldnt even finish it all. <br/>Service was slow as they got smashed quite late and there was only one person running the front and one chef on, but didnt really bother us too much as we werent in a hurry.<br/>The price was reasonable and relative to the quality. <br/>We will all definately be going back and enjoyed our first trip to "the lott"<br/>Standout dish-prawn linguini. <br/>

This egg Benedict has got to be the best on the gold coast!! Mouthwatering looks, and flavour is even better. Balance of ingredients and sauce is perfect and good portioned.<br/>Can't wait to go back to try more dishes!<br/>Well done!

just went twice, first and last. No air, (not a huge issue but way too hot), best table taken by a slob by himself, known by staff, young guy on computer. just a bad start. Found a dirty table and asked young blond girl to clean it, just an OK reply. then cleaned it, no courtesy, wiped only half of the table and walked off. coffee was terrible, campos? worst I've had of that brand, chicken burger was good. last time to visit, bad vibe, bad service, too cool and smug, 1 out of 5, only.

Don't like it, but don't hate it. This place is a hit and miss. I dined here yesterday for breakfast with two other people. We were seated upon arrival and given menus to peruse. After waiting ten minutes or so no one ever came to take our order so we went up to the bar to order. I know it is table service as I saw others placing their orders with the waitress.<br/><br/>Our food was ready in record time - I would doubt it was more than ten minutes from placing the order to receiving the food. The other two diners I were with thoroughly enjoyed their meals of Acai Bowl and Eggs Benedict. I ordered the Smashed Avo (minus the cheese) with a side of mushrooms. My breakfast was very ordinary and the only component worthwhile were the mushrooms. <br/><br/>My family lives in the area and has raved about The Lott a lot lately however I don't think I will be back.<br/><br/><br/>-----18 Apr, 2015-----<br/><br/>Didn't love it but didn't hate it. Today my husband and I went to The Lott for breakfast. I ordered the avocado on gluten free toast with a side of a mushrooms; while my husband had the acai bowl with a regular long black. Total bill was $34. Min eftpos is $10 BTW. Service was average - we were lead to our table on arrival with a menu however no one ever returned to take our order, we had to go to the bar to place it. Food was served within 5 mins of ordering! Very fast! My meal was average - some avo scooped out into a small bowl, two pieces of plain toast, and a couple of mushrooms in another little bowl. I have to admit the 'shrooms were tasty but overall I could have made a much better meal myself. My husband had the acai bowl and thoroughly enjoyed it however there was not too much fruit compared to other places. Another friend had the eggs benedict and enjoyed it. Overall I would probably give it a second chance as I wasn't scarred by the experience but wouldn't run there with open arms either.

Need Gluten Free. Went to the one at Robina to treat my hubby & I to breakkie & coffee this morning. Instead i had to sit & watch him eat.....asked when ordering if they had any gluten free options & the 2 young girls at the counter looked at each other & then advised me they didnt have any gluten free bread left....they made no other recommendations on what I could have. After ordering went back to table & hubby advised that he wouldnt have gone ahead with his order if he knew of this. Need to update menus to show GF options. Not sure if i will be back as this is the second time i have been advised of no options available.

Great food and service... but price could be better. I have been here on multiple occasions and the staff, food and atmosphere is amazing, but $18 for a burger and drink seems a little steep. Although, the quality does somewhat make up for it.<br/><br/>I definitely do recommend as they have just put a fully licensed bar in.

We love Campos coffee and I'd probably buy one here everyday as it's really well made the only problem is the service is so so slow you wait forever for a takeaway 15 minutes is way too long.

The Best!. We had a delicious brunch here on Sunday, arguably the best we've had on the Gold coast.<br/><br/>My friend had the Healthy Choice breakfast which consists of two poached eggs, avocado, baby spinach, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms and sourdough. I had the omelette, which contained sweet potato, Danish feta, baby spinach and tomato with sourdough. My friend had a pot of Earl Grey tea (real tea, not bags) and I had a coffee frappe. <br/><br/>Everything was so tasty, servings were large, staff very friendly and there's outdoor seating. Their coffee is Campos. I believe they open Friday nights and you can BYOB. <br/><br/>We'll go back for sure!<br/>*EDIT: We've been twice on a Friday night and the meals didn't disappoint. Both times we had vegetarian burgers - roasted veg and haloumi and beer battered fries with garlic aioli. Everything was delicious and we both agreed they were the best burgers and chips we've eaten. Fresh tasting, not oily and good sized portions. Under $30 for two and you can take your own wine. <br/>Highly recommend!

The Lott is a great alternative to facing the clatter of the stiletto set in town. Funky but relaxed, it provides a cosy suburban nook to kick back during weekend hours, or to catchup with friends. You can come here for a quiet meltdown after the working week, a wind down, or a re-pump with a healthy or indulgent breakfast.
