We bought a voucher to eat at Catch 22, and we were only disappointed by the fact they had an All You Can Eat option that was better value than the voucher. In saying that, the food was so delicious, we will definitely be back.
The day had been hot and balmy, and the evening was overcast and mild. It made for a stunning sunset on the water with delicious food.
We had the Crumbed Brie with Hoisin, Pulled pork cigars, pork Bao, Butter Chicken cups and Mexican Potato skins. All were served with impeccable presentation, and each dish was delicious. The only thing we found underwhelming, were the "cigars". The flavour was good, but they were just spring rolls with a fancy name. And they were quite dry, even with the sauce. But as already mentioned, we will be back. There was a lot to choose from, and it all looked amazing.
Food is great, service is quick and location is beautiful. Such a lovely spot to sit outside and watch the sunset. Only negative is the serving sizes for what you pay, it could be slightly more generous. Other than that, recommend and added bonus, park your boat directly in front!
Oh my goodness, the food was impressive. I highly recommend this restaurant for the delicious food, quirky decor, lively vibe, friendly service and beautiful view.
