Since the takeover of the new owners, this place has improved 10000%. It is soooo much better presented, the range of Colin's old food is still there however they have opened up the pastry and sandwich/roll section, and even included some super awesome new things! This was my GO-TO lunch bar when I worked at Auto One until we closed. The staff are always friendly and helpful, very courteous. The food is always fresh and i'll be honest, I haven't ONCE felt ill afterward (which happened with the previous owner often). The pricing is great and they have a good coffee machine too :)
10/10 guys! When i'm back in Rockingham I will visit!
The roast pork Bahn Mi is amazing. I've been here almost 25 times now and every single roll I've had has been excellent. The lady who makes them is a true master of Bahn Mi. A fresh white roll, delicious roast pork with crunchy crackling, pickled carrots, cucumber, coriander and this amazing mayo and secret sauce. It's by far the best I've had in Perth and at 7.50 it's good value. Try it sometime, you will not regret it if you dig Vietnamese food.
Amazing banh mi, and probably the only place in Rockingham that does it. Also other great food like pho and roast pork rice, as well as your typical lunch bar hot chips and burgers.
