We visited Jas My Waffles after an 11 hour flight from Hawaii, and everything was just so good! We tried many different breakfast selections, but the hot dog waffles were my favorite. The waffle around the hot dog had just the right amount of sweetness to it, and it was cooked to perfection with crisp edges.
We also had their omelette — I’m not sure if the owners were just kind enough to fulfill our special request, or if you can always do so, buttttt try their omelette with everything in it!
Their coffees were also really good. I had their affogatto and also gave their flat white a try. Both were very good.
The owners, Jas and Gilbert, were very friendly and accommodating, and so were their employees.
We would definitely come back!

Waffles are amazing! But what makes it a 5 star is the staff. Jas, Gill, Mikey, Casey- you guys are the best, so welcoming & friendly, and always so willing to chat. Feels like home!
Love this place! The coffee is so nice. Their food is perfect and good service so far. I highly recommends it. Guys make sure you all go there.
Love this place. Great small shop that offers many delicious goodies. Having been in the business for more than 10 years, they started with their savoury waffle on a stick. We tried their hotdog, cheese and ham & cheese waffle on a stick and they’re delicious! The sweet ones were also good but I personally preferred the savoury ones.
Coffee was great, as well as their hot chocolate.
For the main we had their Classic Angus Burger. It really exceeded our expectations. Simply delish with soft and fluffy brioche burger bun from @papaknowsbest.
Last but not least was the Oreo Glazed Cronut. Amazing! Make sure to order one when you visit them.

The gem of Rooty Hill. Always have great food and service. We come here for coffees regularly. My favourite is the Filipino cake, Bibingka. It gets quite busy here on weekend mornings so make sure you get here early.
Indulgent Breakfast!. We have been here twice for Saturday breakfast and yum! The first time my husband and I shared a crepe with chocolate, strawberries and ice cream along with coffee - it was just enough to satisfy us but not over stuff ourselves as we were going out for lunch. The next time we took our kids and had waffles! So good! The place is always busy but worth it! We don't have much in terms of good eateries near us in Blacktown so we hope this place stays!

BEfore all the chocolate places popped up..... Rooty Hill is lucky to have a nice dessert place as this. IVe tried the chicken crepe, not bad.
IVe tried the waffles also, very impressed though i didnt like the taste of the ice cream (which was New Zealand natural i believe) There crepe cones where they squeeze a crepe onto a stick is a nice idea, tried the strawberry one but all the do is put strawberry jam on it. Tried and ham and cheese one which was more enjoyable
ITs reasonably priced,staff are always polite and the food doesnt take long to come out.

Service has improved a great deal since opening. Friendly atmosphere. Many students hang out here in the afternoons catching up with their friends while enjoying a waffle, coffee or ice-cream.
