Hubert and Dan were the best wedding caterers we could've asked for; we couldn't be happier to have chosen them. The food was delicious, locally and ethically sourced, and the portions were very generous, meaning all of our guests were very well fed. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and provided excellent service during the wedding itself.

Hubert & Dan catered for our wedding recently. It was absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble. BEST FOOD in Tassie!!!!!! We had Danielle and her team cater our wedding on the east coast! The food and staff were incredible! do yourself a favor and get out to their Thursday dinners at Tamar Ridge you wont regret it!

Our go too every month. Exceptional in many ways, service, food, value and venue. Every meal has been wonderful and the three course menu is great value and very satisfying. If you haven't tried them yet you must.
