My choice for a great night out, is the Criterion Hotel, affectionately known as the top pub in Rushworth. It's family friendly and serves good honest meals.

I had such a good salmon meal there l went back the next night to have it again. Service is excellent and very friendly. Pool table is in good order and we enjoyed a few games. Our friend's meals were huge. My only dislike is that l would have liked to sit outside and eat but they allowed smokers to smoke in the outside eating area which was extremely off putting. But l highly recommend it still.

A very typical old style country pub… not a great deal of food options on a Tuesday… pizza only. Staff very friendly and a very relaxed bunch of regulars on the night I was there

Amazing Aussie pub which comes with a local resident poochie named Harry.
Lots of taxidermy, old photos, news paper cut outs from times past.
Food was decent.

Went here for dinner last night, good atmosphere. Food wasn’t too bad although we got a half cooked Parma. I couldn’t be bothered going up and getting them to fix it so that’s on me lol
