Holbert's Oyster Farm - Salamander Bay - Photo album

Decent experience with good view. The oysters were creamy but not too fresh for a oyster supplier (we visited in the afternoon). I found probably one bad oyster per dozen that tasted off and they didn’t provide tissues and you had to pay separate for a lemon. Prices were reasonable and the view was
It would have been an easy 5 stars, the view was great, the oysters were delish (but small) and creamy, the price was decent. Got parking, which was a bonus. What’s there to complain about!? Well, just as I check out I realise it doesn’t come with lemon and they make you buy a whole lemon separatel
Gorgeous oysters that don't break the bank: expect to pay around twenty bucks for a dozen. If you eat them at Holberts', you'll get a terrific view of the inlet.
The concept is great, the oysters and prawns were tasty… the experience could be so much more! Very little to no interaction with the staff, $1 for a lemon, hardly any shade, no information about the farm or the oysters etc… was disappointed with the experience and price of prawns.
Bought some takeaway prawns and oysters from here - they tasted fresh!
Sells only oysters and prawns. No food. Oysters already shucked and packaged. Probably better for takeaways for a party than to have it at the place itself.
This place was awesome, we stopped by twice to get oysters here and both times they were fantastic! Quite large oysters at a reasonable price, fresh straight from the oyster farm! Easy parking and seating outside to enjoy eating the oysters!
Fiancé said they are the best oysters he’s ever had. Can’t shut up about them. Will be going back for sure! $20 for a dozen not bad
