This cafe is so so cute! It's a community cafe so you don't even need to buy anything you can come here and hang out, read a book, bring the kids and work. Perfect stop for coffee and to charge up our electronics.
Such a beautiful little cafe, coffee was great and one of the best toasties I've ever had. To top it all off the staff are lovely and it's also a not for profit community cafe! Make sure you drop in here.
Without 123 Café I would have struggled even more to get through PND with a newborn after a 14 year gap between babies (a shock to my system/welcome but oh so hard). They are a beautiful social enterprise doing all the wonderful things a social enterprise should be doing in our society - super-focused on community, family and all ages and abilities Interconnectedness. It’s run by the love sweat and smiles of a broad group of volunteers and managed by an impressive legend of a Mother Hen in Julie Lanham. It’s been open for business for almost 4 years in Sale and we would be a little less of a magnificent town without it. I am proud to be involved with this place; as a customer, a volunteer, a proud friend and a advocate for all people friendly places for people to feel safe, loved and cared about. Which is a natural ethos of 123 Café. The homemade spelt bread is astoundingly good! Very nourishing. Biscuits and slices like your nana made or makes or you wish she’d make. I could go on! Make sure you visit this place and open your mind to a new type of café and space for people to congregate. Keep on growing you good things! And thank you for being there.
