Services was great and the food was excellent. We have been before for breakfast and have always had great food. Didn't realise they were open for dinner too some nights. I had the chicken burger. Was the best I have ever had. Both of my friends loved their meals too. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice coffee and breakfast options. I had the poached eggs with Turkish bread, spinach and bacon and I really enjoyed it. Pancakes were nice also.

Yummo. I grabbed a take away coffee from Sullys one day because it was convenient and was rewarded with an extra hot, tasty coffee with complimentary mini-biscuit. delish! since then i have swapped to Sullys for coffee and the odd meal. Vege Breakfast is good, the 3 egg omolette excellent.
They make their own cakes, the lemon is great and the orange / poppy seed is very good. The service from Sullys has been very good, and that above all else will keep me coming back to a place

Yummy food and coffee!. Went here on the weekend, and enjoyed it.
The food was delicious (had the chicken BLT burger) and coffee exactly to my liking.
Service was reasonably quick and the staff were very friendly.

Will definitely go back to try their other menu items.

One of the best cafes in Adelaide. I've been to many cafes in Adelaide, and Sully's On Semaphore is up there with the best.

Their coffee has a nutty aftertaste which I like, and makes the perfect start to the day for me. Their food is of very high quality. Their chef, I've been told has international experience, and I can taste it in their food. My favourites include Sully's French toast, and their damper rolls with bacon, egg, mushroom, spinach, with hollandaise sauce.. YUM!

They are also open for dinner on Friday night and Saturday nights. For dinner, I'd recommend the seafood trio, as it is tasty and very good value. They are fully licenced too, so you can have alcohol with your meals! =)

Staff are very friendly, flexible, and they cater to all your specific food requests.

Free WIFI available as well, so I feel like I can take my time and sit around surfing the internet, while enjoying my coffee and food.

Highly recommend!

Sullys on semaphore. Sully's has quickly become a firm favourite of mine after eating there for the first time on the Sunday just gone. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, light, calm and I felt very comfortable with the staff and the other patrons. Sully's is located in Semaphore which is North West of Adelaide. Sully's is a small business which was established in January 2010. The partners of the business are Andrew Sullivan and his wife Dianne Sullivan. Andrew is also the manager and is there every day to look after his customers.
The cafe has a funky rustic surrounding, with a gorgeous red brick feature wall and a relaxed dining area. Seating is available inside and out and it felt as if I could have spent my whole Sunday there just peacefully sitting with a coffee. The addition of a sleek new cafe along the historic Semaphore Rd, Sully's adds a great youthful touch to this major tourist attraction. However, with Semaphore being very popular, especially in summer, parking was hard to find. (As many would know who have been to Semaphore Rd, restaurants and shops do not provide customer parking.) I did find a park along Semaphore Rd which was about a 10 minute walk to the cafe. Although I managed to find a park relatively close on a Sunday afternoon, I could imagine on a Friday and Saturday night it would be quiet difficult. In many ways making it similar to O'Connell St in North Adelaide where it is near to impossible to find a park and if you do it can be up to a 30 minute walk to your destination.
Nevertheless the service made up for the lack of parking space. Within 30 seconds of walking through the door I was politely greeted with a menu and seated with my friend. Despite the cafe being almost full my meal was ordered and served to me within 10 minutes after ordering. The staff were all very charming, polite and easy to talk to and I was lucky enough to chat to two young ladies in front of house while they were working.

Remarkably, the best thing about the service was that I did not feel rushed by the staff or feel I had to hurry up and leave. They certainly offered their help but at no time did I feel that they were trying to move me on even though they were very busy. Sully's menu was more or less just another generic cafe menu, of course it had burgers, fish and chips and salads but did have interesting variations. Sully's also caters for special dietary requirements as they offer gluten free and vegetarian options. I had the "fish of the day", battered and my friend had the "Chicken burger". The presentation was amazing, people say you eat with your eyes and they are right. When I saw my meal put before me I wanted to relish the feast. Also my friend's meal looked delicious, he had to be careful though as I was tempted to eat his meal as well as mine. Overall the taste didn't 'wow' me but nevertheless it was a lovely, yummy meal which was perfectly cooked. Although the taste of the food wasn't breathtaking the price was very attractive. The fish of the day was $13 and the chicken burger was $18 making the meals great value for money.
Despite Sully's being located in one of the biggest tourist areas in South Australia the prices are reasonable and fair. The location of Sully's is fantastic, you see all the locals riding on bikes to the cafe for the mid morning coffee break. It's in walking distance of the beach and absolutely fabulous on a summer's day and Semaphore Rd is also very close to the famous AAMI stadium which attracts lots of football fanatics who will go on to eat. After speaking to Andrew the owner of Sully's not only is the location great for the patrons it seems that it is beneficial for business. Given the increase in people to the beach in summer would effect positively on the amount of business, I would imagine that this would decrease dramatically in winter with only the regular locals attending the cafe.
Service, price, taste and atmosphere combined I would say Sully's on Semaphore is an 'ace' place for a casual family breakfast or lunch, a great location to grab a coffee and catch up with a friend. The one thing I loved was the service and it was relaxed atmosphere and service which was very pleasing and friendly and would be the main reason why I would go back to Sully's. Combining all of the positives and slight cons, I rate Sully's 3 1⁄2 out of 5.

Have had a great breakfast and a fabulous lunch, here. I loved the main meal salad and hubby had a great burger. Tapas items were tasty starters, too. Lovely outdoor dining, watching this gorgeous street evolve.

Brunched with the tiger one lazy weekend at a quiet cafe in Semaphore a few weekends back at Sully’s. First things first, coffeeeee! Soy latte; $4.00 We gunned straight to their lunch menu and ordered a carboholics dream of pasta and risotto. Pesto chicken with pasta, onion, sun dried tomato, broccolini and roast capsicum; $16.90 Humungo serving sizes are an understatement! Oven baked field mushroom filled with vegetables and pine nut risotto; $18.90 Such a pity when my dish arrived as it didn’t really reflect what it was described as on the menu. My oven baked field mushroom filled with veggies and risotto should have been accurately described as “find the oven baked field mushroom in the veggie and risotto stack!”. The hero ingredient was hidden underneath the mound of vegetables and risotto; aside from that though, the dish had good flavour with chunks of pumpkin, sun dried tomatoes, spinach leaves and a handful of pine nuts, topped with shaved parmesan, pesto and rocket . Both dish
