Review Hungry Jack's - Shepparton

Average , its a hungry jacks not meat balls and wine co. Service was quick and efficient via the app. Lots of parking outside. Restaurant inside looked sad but that's cos no one eats in any more I guess. Plus if you need chicken, kfc is also opposite, win. Chips are indeed better at HJ.

I really hate to write a negative review about a restaurant but today I am forced to write this! Went through the drive though this morning, ordered breakkie Wraps, then staff requested to wait in the parking which I was happy. Waited for 30 minutes for two Wraps and a cheese burger. Everyone behind me was getting served and gone. Got out of the car and went to the counter to remind about my order but staff didn't have any clue and then further waiting in the car and received an Angus burger which was not even what i ordered. Took it back to the counter and returned it and you would expect some apologies from the staff which didn't happen. Looked at me like I have done something wrong. Finally got some refund less the coffee already served. (If I was the restaurant manager I wouldn't charge for the coffee after messing up the whole order/not a big deal) But as a national franchise restaurant like Hungry Jack's you would expect some sort of professional behaviour from the staff! Even though I had bad experiences from this place in the past, this was the worse. Never going to visit this place again.

Meal was cold. Waiting for our meal our number came up fronted the counter and couldn't find our meals. 10 minutes later our meals mysteriously appear. Have been to hungry jacks a few times at various locations and have always had problems getting the right meals and never hot enough. Never complain but this mob never seem to get there act together.

Disappointed with the front desk service from one of the ladies because she was super rude to one of the customer with a disability. She said the lady to "be quick because there are people waiting in line" when you could see that the customer had a clear disability and was struggling. We don't mind waiting for a few more minutes at all! Made our whole team uncomfortable and it was so sad to see. Compassion is free and this staff member could really use some. Even after complaining to the manager, he dint seem to care as much. Very disappointed with the team

Absolutely disgusted and extremely disappointed with our order. The large chips were hardly filled, the drinks tasted like water and the burgers were ice cold. Cold enough to the point we had to warm them up in the airfryer just to be able to eat them. Never in my life have I ever received such a disgusting meal before. Not only where the burgers ice cold they also had nothing in them. A whooper doesn't just have a meat patty and onion. I would rather spend my money at carl jrs then spend it here again at this store. Absolutely a waste of money.

Ok so been here quite a few times in the past with different experiences However today was the best chips hot and crisp burgers were very good whoever was on the 3pm shifts did a great jop

The cleanness of the dining room could do of more maintaining but got what we ordered prices have increased.

Only one in town. Always a long wait but some staff are very friendly. Food is as you expect from HJ, wouldnt say its the best HJ store but if you have a craving for it.. well you don't have many options.
