Review Mcdonald's - Shepparton

Just tried the plant based burger. Not bad at all, tried it with the dairy cheese and Mayo but think that vegan options would have been better. Plenty of affordable and easily obtainable alternatives for these so please consider. Not for vegans but fine for vegetarian alternative to meat.

About 3 weeks at 4.am . When l arrived there was a software update glitch in their system and said they could not take orders. After 20 minutes l was able to order a latte and a Easter Bun. I was served a latte with chocolate on the top. My Bun was heated and sliced but no margarine or butter was supplied. A young drunk male holding a beer ordered takeaway with a staff member and they choose to ignore the presence of alcohol .

I have been going to this place on the way to play golf at Tocumwal for a good part of 35 yrs now, and still can't believe the staff are as useless if not worse than 35yrs ago. I got Your useless franchisee has no idea about staff training and etiquette!! Probably another useless Immigrant from India???? Never ever again I'm done with this store.

90 minutes from home, getting late big day oh I know let's grab Maccas. It is what it is 🤷

Good shake. One pickle and not much onion sucked. Not enough sauce either. So a reasonably standard visit @ maccas. Maybe slightly below average.

This place should not be open! Toilets don't work. The place is a mess, untidy. Orders are so slow. Burgers slapped together as long as it fits in the box - no care. Doors broken. Tables not cleaned. The owners obviously don't care about the place or it would not be like that. Probably one of the worst McDonalds I have gone to!

Have lost count of the amount of times South Shepparton Macas have stuffed up an order. Order a double quarter pounder, get home to find a bacon and egg breaky burger in its place. 😡 This store can't handle more than a couple of cars in drive through... so why would they even think about having two ordering lanes! If I could give this stores review zero stars, I would.

I wish to express my disappointment and concerns. At 8:35 pm on Sunday evening I visited the store. Order number 186 Myself and my daughter needed something sweet after dinner, as not much is open on Sunday night in Shepparton. Large Fries Medium Fries Small latte with almond milk A serve of the dognuts tinny ones Banana and caramel pie And a large strawberry Sunday I would think that is would be a simple order to do. With out exaggerated stretch I did not receive my order for 17 minutes. When I did get the order in parts my Sunday had melted, chips where both cold, the pie was cold the coffee had not even been made. I return to the service counter and asked for fresh hot chips.  I received 1 medium hot chips after and the large chips where from the chips that where pre packed and had been sitting from the previous set so they where still cold. My coffee was now ready BTW but it was 3/4 full. I return to the service counter and asked why I still had cold chips. I left them with the staff and left the store without them. I am not asking for a free meal this is not my intention. However next time I return I would hope that the staff get their act together.
