Review La Porchetta - Shepparton

Had a table of 9, early booking 5.30pm. First 4 of us arrived and were seated quickly and drinks order taken....rest of family arrived. 15 minutes later we pretty much flagged down a staff member who took out order for food and balance of diners drinks. 2 of us ordered pizza which arrived reasonably promptly. The remainder 7 meals came out staggered. Half of us finished and last meal arrived. No plates cleared or asked again for drinks. No ask for dessert and coffee. Meals were average at best. Won't be back

Love the food here. Not just your traditional Italian food but steak, chicken and seafood. Service is good too. Sit down have a drink and enjoy a wonderful meal. Lots of parking close by.

I believe in customer service. I was a purchasing manager and have more customer service in my little finger than the young lady and the manager at Shepparton today. I had a doordash delivery, the steak was cold, side of mashed potatoes and the gravy was missing. I rang the restaurant and all the manager could say was "it through doordash nothing I can do". It's a rare time when I can afford $55 for a special meal. Completely disappointed !!

Ordered a cold 1.25 sprite an got given 2 hot 600ml sprites. Then I rang to ask why all he could say was sorry. No explanation or a refund or even a choice of a different cold drink Pretty dismal service if asking me. He droped a cold drink back 2hours latter when we were in bed Great service Will never recommend

Great place to have a meal in or take away. Great service and food and drinks with family or friends. Will go there again.

I love coming here! such a cozy warm atmosphere, staff are so lovely, food is always fresh, food always comes out fast and portions are SO large! Thank you for such lovely meals time & time again 🥰
