Review Kfc - Shepparton

Sirs madams. My visit to your store today was very uneventful Firstly the filth outside your store is nowhere near acceptable, empty packaging, cans, face masks outside store, general neglect of filth. Secondly waited 5 minutes for service , told the attendant ,walked out disgusted. Went next door ,not as much rubbish, better service 2 minutes quite enjoyable meal. BAD news KFC

Terrible terrible service. Walked in and all the staff were just laughing and talking behind the counter, they saw us come in but didn't attempt to take our order until after about 5 minutrs we called out and asked if anybody was serving tonight. Got filthy looks from 3 staff members and finally one came to take our order. They get one star for the food tasting as expected. Both ladies toilets were blocked up to overflowing with toilet paper and the disabled toilet had a broken seat that wasn't screwed on at all, and filthy brown stains all over the bowl and underside of the seat. Can see why the place was empty when we arrived! Was just passing through but if I'm ever back I won't be stopping here again.

There is no point having a self serve system for orders that ask for your name, if the front counter server is going to call out "online order" and not use the name speciifed. I stood there for nearly 15 minutes before the server clarified the order. Use the name asked for or do better. If you think this is just me, a Paramedic, who was there before me, queried where his order was and realising that it had not been cooked had to leave with his compadre, who had been sitting down eating. Lets hope that the staff of KFC Shepparton do not need an ambulance, especially if it is the same guy they made wait, and not give him his order.

There was chips and chicken bones all over the floor under all the tables. Not to mention the spill of a whole can of Pepsi on top of the table. Good thing we got takeout, couldn’t find a clean table to sit at anyways.

The chicken was cooked well. The chips were hot. Best KFC I've had in a while.

We dining in tonight at this kfc ...the meals were fresh and service was fast but the cleanliness of the restaurant and toilets (spew on toilet seat ) were appauling ....no hand towel paper and hand dryer not working ,no tables wiped, no floors swept ,rubbish everywhere ,seats were sticky where drinks were spilt earlier ....such a shame ...better lift ya game guys .....

They must be one of the worst KFC in Shepparton area.Staff seriously lack proper training.They dont seem too serious about their job.Cleanliness and presentation is on low level.They always run out of the things or miss something.I now prefer to go North or South .Atleast they value their customers there.The franchise owners must act immediately or else will see the downfall sooner or later.

Staff no good! The manager should watch the staff! We often hang out here every weekend! And they treated us so bad! 1 star.....
