All the arrangement, Food quality & quantity and ofcourse service was mind blowing and better then our expectations. Thank you very much cafe saffron for making our daughter's b'day party really beautiful. Whether its decoration or its spacious venue or friendly & hard working staff, everything was upto mark. I highly recommend everyone to have their party at cafe saffron. Thanks once again with Jyoti Arora.
We love this place! We’ve eaten here a few times and agree that it’s the best curry we’ve had since moving back to Australia from the UK. Recommend the chefs special chicken dish.

Ordered Dal Makhni, Goat Curry, Chicken Korma and Palak Paneer for pick up on a Saturday. While picking up the order, the girl was nice and courteous. Coming to the food, i loved their Dal Makhni and the goat was just cooked to perfection. Perfectly tender as it is meant to be. Even though everything was ordered to be medium spicy, i found the palak Paneer to be a touch spicier which might be a bit hard for people who cannot handle spicy food. Chicken korma was good as well. I did not have many issues with the food but i found the quantity of the items to a bit inconsistent as some items were packed till the top and others were packed till half of the container as visible in the pics. Once I eat in at the restaurant, I might revise my rating to a higher score if everything is good.
Ordered takeaway last night. Delivery was very quick and the food was fantastic. We had lamb Rogan josh and lamb korma. Great Indian restaurant for the northern suburbs will be ordering from them again.
Second best Indian I've ever had, best in South Morang by FAR. Meal deals 'bytes' are amazing value, 2 person desk could probably feed 4 people, with whole tandoori chicken, samosas, garlic naan and two mains. Butter chicken and chicken vindaloo amazing. Would highly recommend eating takeaway however, decor not great inside! Often busy with huge Indian weddings as well!
We came to this restaurant using a Groupon voucher. Lots of food for the price you pay. The food was nice with good flavours but not much spice, not the best Indian I've ever had, not the worst either.
The service was friendly but a bit slow as there was only 2 people working on a Friday night.
Had the chaat from here - aloo tikki and papdi chaat from here. Taste is almost authentic so if you're craving some chaat definitely recommend it.
Food is very good, the restaurant itself is just a function room but where they lack decor they make up with delicious meals and super friendly service.

We used to frequent this location when we lived closer a few years ago; but haven't been back since we moved away. However, we visited with family (who live out that way) this past weekend and ordered their "Double Budget Byte Feast" which was $64.90 + $5 delivery fee -- via Menulog -- and it was really impressive! We requested the delivery be made by 7pm, and it arrived about 10 minutes *early* - which was great! The deal included 1 whole Tandoori Chicken, which (I was told) was incredibly moist and very, very tasty! It also came with 4 samosas, which had a nice crunchy pastry and semi-spicy potato filling. We got 4 curries in the deal: Shahi Paneer, Dahl Makhani, Lamb Rogan Josh, and Beef Andhra. All were definitely tasty - but the meat curries seemed to have a bit of excess oil floating at the top (which can definitely put you off wanting to eat them) - so we drained that excess oil (maybe it was ghee? not sure) from the containers. Hubby bear said the beef quality was good, but there were a few 'chewy' bits of lamb. Our meal-deal also included 2 large rice containers, 4 naan bread, raita, chutney and pappadams. For delivery - we all think the food withstood the test. We'll definitely order from these guys again, but the carnivores will likely skip getting the lamb ;)
Sensational Indian food in the suburbs.
Went here for a work dinner and we had a large selection of lamb, chicken, goat, beef, prawn dishes and all were great.
Service is very good and pricing is reasonable too.
