I like it here but I wish they would either change their menu seasonally or occasionally have additional special dishes (even if it was monthly that would be a huge bonus). In the same way that they have special cocktails and desserts. I've tried everything on the menu and while there are some that I quite like there are a few that I wouldn't order again. So with the menu being small and all of the dishes being small tapas plates, there is no longer much of a selection for me. The cocktails are great and the bartenders are very helpful if you want them to surprise you with something that's not on the drink menu. Pet friendly but with limited seating outdoors however, the pet must be 5 meters away from the tables. Was an unpleasant experience having our dog try to get out of the sun and closer to us, was probably confused as to why she couldn't just sit under our table in the shade. We no longer bring her here for that reason which is inconvenient.
My husband said I'm obsessed with Chrin Park and he is so right! I had a BLT from Tonic and it was lovely - I also enjoyed my coffee! The service was good with staff asking how my meal was and offering refreshments. Thank you :-)
We had a great nite, the food was yummy and delivered to our table quickly the service was excellent, great Bar ambiance - Tonic is a top spot for a catch up with mates or a cozy Date.Thanks guys!
Excellent little place, drinks menu is expansive and well-done, bartenders are accommodating and knowledgeable. Tapas menu is exemplary and rounds off the evening. Music and décor match the environment perfectly.

Tonic is the kind of restaurant that, how do I explain this...it's a restaurant that you go to when, well, when, you feel like, if there's nothing to eat and you are a person, and you want to eat a tapas food from Tonic on Chirn.
Absolutely amazing dinner. The staff were lovely and very helpful. An early dinner so they were not to busy and were great for a chat. Food was absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere. only downside the pork belly was slightly too sweet and I do mean that was the ONLY dissapointing thing.
This is a hidden little gem. Service great but slightly overpriced. Otherwise worth going to.
Best Tapas on the coast!. This place is my absolute favorite tapas place on the Gold Coast. Incredible food, impeccable service, great atmosphere, what more could you want! The food here is truly amazing, and very well priced as well! I love this place and dine here at least once a week! I always find myself comparing other tapas bars to Tonic - as no where else I've been even comes close to the quality, service and incredible food that Tonic provides! This is what dining is all about - you want to go there, and have it be so good that you come back, again and again - the first time I tried this place it was amazing, and I have continued to come back weekly, never have I had a bad experience at Tonic. The food also comes out incredibly quickly, within minutes! It truly is amazing and I highly recommend this place!
Cool little restaurant/bar, Fantastically cooked food, amazing flavours. Great atmosphere, a little on the expensive side however we were not disappointed. The service was fantastic. Funny how the simplest things are sometimes the best, the bread and dips was outstanding, the dukkah served with it is soooooo good. I need the recipe!

Mate... this place is something special. The kids got looked over by nan and pop, so me and the bird went out for a feed before we get locked out for not being vaxxed :P, the first time being here and it was unreal!! Best food and cocktails. Definitely pricey, would only come here for the special occasion, but the food is a work of art and deserves the price tag. The waitress was really lovely, unfortunately, I can't remember her name but we had some good laughs and she gave us a heads up about the insane storm that was coming in! Legend!

Tasty tapas
My Girlfriend and I enjoined our lunch date at Tonic, this normally buzzing area of Chirn Park was more subdued on the GC show public holiday, but our appetite’s were thankful Tonic was trading. Tonic is a Tapas resteraunt and bar, so servings aren’t huge but for a fairly reasonable bill total we left very satisfied. My partner order the fish tacos and I the Crumbed Eggplant and shoestring fries as an extra. Service was super fast and in no time the delicious fish tacos were gone. Probably the fish tacos were the best we have ever eaten. The crumbed eggplant wedges were also very nice and the rich tomato sauce was a great flavour enhancement.

I really enjoyed my night at this cosy outlet.Tapas were yummy,music was good and the stuff were very nice and in good vibes.I had my chicken customised.Evrything was right on point!
Amazing hidden gem in Chirn Park! From our phone booking to after we left the service was amazing. We had the banquet and the dishes were incredible. I tend not to eat raw seafood but the chef created a different dish for us which was incredible. Wine pairings were also great. We will be back!
