Mcdonald's

We ordered a family pack with 3 big macs and a garden salad (first time ordering a salad at maccas and thought we'd give it a go since the family pack came with lots of fries anyway) and I have to say, it was pretty disappointing. When we got home, we found the 3 big macs were all missing the top patty and the garden salad just looked pathetic.... It was literally a couple leaves of lettuce and a slice of tomato. Probably Maccas teaching us a lesson to order healthy food at a fast food joint 😂 At least they were consistent with the big macs?

Mighty muffin was made wrong only 1 piece of bacon. Bits and pieces of the order were wrong. Ketchup missing and drinks made poorly. All whilst running 38% on 2 cars in 15 minutes. Would definitely forgive the poor service if they were busy but was literally dead. I won’t be back. Lovely girl on counter working hard though. Corral dirty as well. Also dirty and not one crew or manager was wearing their masks properly or gloves. :/ Food is forgivable but that’s atrocious. Toilets dirty as well :(

Went through drive through, first girl was lovely and very well mannered. Got to the second window to collect our order and the girl (brunette, with a face full of make-up and false eyelashes) was so rude. My husband said thank-you and have a nice day and she just turned her head with a filthy look and completely ignored him, not even a "you too". Not good customer service.

Really disappointed with the staff here, I walked in and had just about every staff member look at me and then continue doing what they were doing, chatting laughing being silly with each other but not serving customers. I waited six minutes until I had to say excuse me can someone please help with my order, I’ve got no apologies or anything these girls are too young to be able to hold a job with maturity as they all just laughing giggle with each other and not actually have hospitality and maturity in their job. A part of working at McDonald’s is customer service and that is even a simple hello what can I get for you I don’t expect to have a conversation but a smile and some hospitality would be nice:/

Had the worst customer service through drive through, 24/05/2022 7:30pm tonight. Wanted to get dessert so ordered 3 small sundaes but changed it to a Large, the young man serving us made it obvious he was irritated by us changing the order. Then became rude when we continued our order letting us know ‘he was in the middle of changing the order’ when we ordered the apple pies. So rushing us to finish our order but then telling us to wait cause he’s changing the order???? Anyways we also got two mochas and they didn’t even put coffee in them was just chocolate and warm milk….I always go to this McDonalds but this service was the worst I’ve experienced here.

My past few orders with this McDonalds have been extremely disappointing. I ordered from here a few times via uber eats, all 5 of my past orders have been so bad. 1 burger had enough BBQ and Mayo sauce on there to kill a person with that much sodium. I swear it was about a half a bottle of each sauce just splattered on there. My condiments on the burger would just slide around due to the amount of sauce on it. This place used to be half okay, but the new staff is atrocious. FIRE THEM 🔥

This place use to be good before the wuhan flu but as you can see by the reviews the quality of service inside the restaurant is appalling, lazy & dismissive. The quality of the food has nose dived into a kitchen nightmare. Its easy to see the lack of leadership here is in a shocking crisis, too many lazy kids not enough adult management. Chips are cold & half empty, drinks half empty and simple extras on burgers (lettuce, sauce, grilled onions, cheese, bacon etc) that WE PAY FOR and that are CLEARLY PRINTED on every grill slip are never added to the burgers. And every time im ready to calmly ask to have them remake the whole order again (family of 5), 5 meals $75. And if its still not perfect they make it all again. I expect nothing less but the best from Maccas and eveyone else should make them fix every mistake, every time, also.
