The Espresso was delicious! My girl had 2 flavours though- Chocolate and Aussie Pavlova. She was in heaven! Great service and a great place to sit and enjoy our treat.
Nice place to sit down and let the girls enjoy some gelato. Numerous seating, and we had a great view of the out door performance.
It was a relatively hot day, so good way to cool down.

A good ice cream place to go to after having a big dinner. They have various ice cream flavours which I want to try, but always end up getting caramel.

Went on a hot as hell day approaching 40, it was hotter inside than it was outside. I felt bad for the staff working in these conditions and the patrons eating inside. I might of gotten a nice Sunday or sit down dessert but instead opted for a takeaway cone to go and eat outside. I was worried the icecream would be runny from the heat but it was absolutely beautiful, absolutely perfect icecream and crunchy fresh waffle cone. All the flavours looked amazing. Quick service and staff were friendly. Might come back on a cooler day
Absolutely delicious ice cream and gelato! I ordered the movie night gelato which is a caramel gelato and chocolate coated caramel bits in a small cup. The cup was overflowing with gelato (a lot of value for money!). There was also ice cream cannoli to choose from which I wish I saw earlier. Gelatissimo is a must stop if you are shopping at Orion.

I went along to try the ice cream at Gelatissimo while shopping at Orion shopping centre at Springfield. It made a nice break for us to sit down.
We have enjoyed a good lunch and decided to spoil ourselves. The store is light and bright, with big windows looking into the courtyard space.
There is plenty of seating so you can sit and enjoy your favourite flavours.
The flavours they feature are some of the typical ones that you would expect but also some more unique and original ones. It was great to try some new varieties.
The staff were very efficient and pleasant, very patient, and flexible while waiting for us and others to choose our selection. Also, they were happy to give taste samples of the flavours with a smile.
You can get the usual waffle cones or sundae cups in different sizes. Prices start at around $5.95.
One thing that makes or breaks good gelati for me is the texture.
Having lived in Italy, I like a good quality ice cream, and the textures were lovely!
Gelatissimo features both ice creams and sorbets, so it works well for any dairy or vegan ice cream lovers.
Staff were really friendly and offered us to try any, gelato was delicious and full of flavour. Generous serving in the medium yellow cup. Great value for money.

Delicious Gelato and really friendly staff but overpriced, one cup with 3 scoops $10, and no options for take home tubs. On the plus side many vegan options.

My recent experience here was great, extremely kind and welcoming staff. I felt comfortable being served, and hope to come back another time to have the same great experience. Great range of flavours, even flavours I have never heard of that tasted way better then I would've thought. Please keep up the amazing service so others may experience the same.

Last night (7th of May) we had ice-cream here and it was great, however the highlight of our experience was the exceptional customer service from Lenny. He really brightened our day and we will be back because of his service!
