Absolutely Amazing meal....
complements to the chef, waiters, and Manager on shift Saturday night amazing meal was served perfectly to my liking... the finishing touch on our perfect dining in was the manager on shift asked how our meal was and welcomed feedback which all we could say is exactly what is here... Absolutely Amazing!!!!
I got uber eats from this venue it was fast and hit when it arrived and the food was out of this world I recomend this place to anyone.

Updated review- Sincere thanks to the management at Springlake For the prompt follow up on my original rating. They geniunly investigated the matter and made prompt follow up items. Following that we went for another try and had an amazing night. The staff promptly followed up on the orders and were very welcoming. The food was excellent. Kids had a great time - there was a ballon artist who made the best kids baloon shapes I have ever seen. Music was excellent. All in all everyone enjoyed the night. Great place to be to enjoy a great night out for both kids and parents.

Booked as a group of 17 and ordered the Feed the Family deal for $50 for my family . I ordered 2 adult meals and 1 kids meal and they charged $70. I asked why it is not $50 and they said we are New Management and won't give the $50 meal as you didn't order the second kids meal. I told it doesn't make sense as I didn't want to waste a meal but if they insist I will order the second to get the $20 off. They repeated we are New Management and won't allow to order the second meal without the second child and brought their manager. There were 9 children on our table and and they agreed to give the deal.
When they brought out the meals, they served everyone who ordered before and after us. I asked why the delay and they said it is because my order had Well done. Waited nearly 1 hour and everyone had nearly finished their meal and the wait staff came to enquire on the second kids meal that didn't get served. I told we don't need it and to sort out our 2 adults meal. They said it is being cooked. 1.5 Hours later went to the counter and asked what is happening as everyone finished their meal a while ago. They said they had a technical error on the order and missed the order which is a load of lies as they were constantly telling it is taking time to cook well done. To serve an empty place with only 2 tables of 2 adults occupied excluding ours and intentionally making us wait is a cheap act. I spoke to their manager and got the refund. Very cheap class and act from the new management. The place used to be fully packed Tuesdays and is now next to empty which is not surprising - if this is the service of the new management expect to close down.
The food is excellent. Each time I’ve ordered a steak, it has been cooked well and tasty. Was not too pleased to pay an extra $2 or so for veg instead of salad, but was pleased it was fresh broccolini. Full table service would up the feeling of the restaurant, and move it away from the pub grub feeling. Overall, a great place to eat, and will continue to visit.
Went here for the Father's Day buffet . Was better than I imagined! Food was great..... didn't think that there would be so much to choose from. We were over charged, but look, my husband probably should have checked before he paid...
After some back and forth between the kitchen because it was closed for food we eventually grabbed an outside tables enjoyed the wonderful weather on display. The battered Barra and chicken schnitzel came out in quick order with a side serve of friendly service. The barra was cooked perfectly with a crunch battered shell and melt in your melt flesh. The schnitzel on the other hand was a little dry and pedestrian.
A pretty good establishment that has its strengths and weaknesses.

First time back since 2014 when I was given a lemon meringue, with the meringue made with Salt 😱.
New people, new menu, i had the eye fillet, was Devine cooked medium rare perfectly, almost melted in mouth! Dessert was yum, lemon meringue, no salt in sight! Hubby had the tasmanian salmon and loved it. The playground was great for the kids, especially the ping pong table. Customer service was excellent, asked how meal was, greeted with a smile etc. So happy they have got so much better since back then, will definitely be going back! 😁
I came here on my birthday with my parter. It was a very quiet night but the man that looked after us that night showed exceptional personalised customer service. He made me a surprise cocktail and frequently checked up on how we were going but not so much for it to become annoying. The food was good and dim lighting was nice and made the atmosphere comfortable.
I have also been here on several other occasions and had a great time but this particular night exceeded the rest.
I ordered fish of the day, a salmon with risotto, ($30) and my boyfriend ordered a 350g sirloin($30) . The food was good , the salmon cooked beautifully although the risotto should have cooked a bit longer /softer and there's only a small amount of chips. I was expecting more with this price. I may go there again to try their breakfast buffet.
Excellent Service!. I have dined here on my birthday for the first time in January, and thouroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were polite and friendly, also very accomodating. I needed to book a table for 30 the day before hand, which they confirmed they could do so we would be seated outside. Come to my birthday, and it was a hot 40 degree day, they happily accomodated us inside. My guests enjoyed the food, and service :)

Great food, Great service. Been here a few times now. Staff always polite and very friendly. Love the kids outdoor play area. Means the adults can enjoy themselves aswell.
Meals are well priced. They are happy to split a meal up for the kids, always a plus.
Its Really Nice for a Pub. We went as a group to the Spring Lake Hotel on a Thursday night so it wasn't too busy. We had no wait ordering meals, and the wait on receiving the meals was very reasonable. Person 1 ordered a pizza and was really impressed with it, said it tasted fantastic and the crust was well cooked. 2 People had the steak and it was cooked perfectly to their liking. The menu overall gets a thumbs up as it has a lot of variety at reasonable prices. This is a menu that has simple meals as well as fancier meals so there is something for everyone.

Always a Delight. Have been there a few times for dinners and lunches. On the most recent trip, it was a public holiday. We got there before the restaurant started cooking, but they were very polite and seated us, and even offered table service (normally you go up and order and pay at the counter).
The food was delicious and the service was wonderful and even though it was a public holiday where most places charge a 10 - 15% surcharge... there was only a $2 surcharge!
Highly recommended.
The Spring Lake Hotel is known as the best of the hotels in the area (of which there are quite a few), it is well appointed, has plenty of space and tends to make the best food of the lot. In recent times they have moved to table service and they do it pretty well. Being on a time limit for our lunch break, we were served after a short while to peruse the menu we were served and our meals arrived quickly.
Inside is much more civilised with a loungy bar area, plenty of space between tables and flat-screens displaying your Keno winnings or losses.
