The food generally good. Some items I have ordered (for example the pancake dish) I have sent back, as they’re completely inedible. The English breakfast style breakfast meals are very good, but need to be served with butter (you will need to ask for butter if you want it). I have also had the wings, and it was much better when there was a large selection of flavours for wing night. To add insult to injury, the buffalo wings were removed from the menu. The BBQ is ok, and the peri peri tastes like straight up capsicum. The wings are also inconsistent. Sometimes they’re big, juicy and saucy, and other times they’ll be tiny and have next no sauce...
Beach house Springfield do a good job of providing a casual family friendly sit down dining experience at Springfield. Meals a good size for hungry people, staff are friendly and accomodating of children. I find there is quite often a special or similar meaning it represents good value for money.

Easter Sunday family lunch!
A very good variety of options to choose from and their specials were excellent. Around the table, my family ordered the Beef burger with chips, Beef ribs with criss-cross chips, Chicken Parmigana, Rump Steak with mushroom sauce and garlic prawns, other half ordered the Works burger and chips and Pasta Carbonara with garlic bread for me.
My Carbonara was excellent - pasta was perfectly al dente, seasoned well, bacon nice and salty and so much mushroom! Definitely a good thing in my books. The Pasta Carbonara was one of their specials and came with garlic bread. I didn't eat it but my brother loved it!
The portions for all our meals were excellent - generous and oh so filling. My Pop's beef ribs were something special - check out the photo! One thing to remember, the public holiday surcharge for Beach House is 15%.
Will absolutely be back - great food, quick service (bearing in mind we did get there early so we beat the lunch time rush) and despite the surcharge, good price.
Easter lunch at Beach House Bar & Grill and expectations exceeded. Only confusing thing was no one on the floor to show us to a table, not a worry as we found one but was a tad strange.
Didn't get my normal Steak but opted for the works burger which didn't disappoint, accompanied with very well cooked beer battered fries, cooked just right to the point the potato was soft and flavourful with a beautiful crisp exterior. The works burger was presented well and had the right amount of filling on it with perfect amount of sauce, the combination of everything plus the perfectly cooked pattie made for one great burger. Considering they had 15% surcharge for public holiday two meals for two people was under $50.
When we go out with our friend we usually end up at the Beach House Bar & Grill because of their cheap and good menu and the large amount of seating. We usually go for dinner so when we went to this new one at lunch I decided to get the lunch special spaghetti and a pot of tea. The food came out almost instantly it seemed and the spaghetti was great. The portion was also small so I could actually finish it all but I was still pretty full by the end. The service was friendly at the counter and the self serve for cutlery and such was easily accessible.
I have a great Caesar Salad at the Beach House Bar & Grill at the Orion Shopping Center. The Caesar Salad had the perfect balance between lettuce, dressing and add ins. The bacon in the salad was crispy and the croutons were crunchy! My came out rather quickly even though there were a decent amount of people dining at the restaurant. The staff were friendly and the cost of the meals are very reasonable I think.
I frequently come here for a coffee.... the barista is amazing and makes the best coconut latte! Food is also quiet yummy. Definatly a happy regular.
Have eaten here a few times now. My husband loves it (he is definitely not a fussy eater). He always gets the pulled pork burger. I think it is strange as the pork is always hard cold. The serving size varies on when you go.
The outside tables are a bit close together so someone in a wheel chair or with a pram may have difficulties.
It's one of the only places I would eat it Orion. Nothing else around the area is good.
Great pace to grab a quick bite. The menu has something for everyone, the prices are reasonable and service quick. The restaurant itself looks beautiful and perfectly position on Town Square so you can watch the kids running in the fountain. The only thing we are not a fan of is the having to line up and order food and then having to line up again to purchase drinks.

Took the family here tonight after the kids finished playing. There are 2 entrances to this place, the roadside and the food precinct entrance with seats and tables outside the establishment.
We sat down on the outside table on the food precinct side. Tried to talk to one of the waiting staff to try and give our order but we were ignored. We thought, we must have to go inside to order. If you come in from the food precinct entrance the order counter is on the other end near.
We ordered spaghetti bolognaise for the kids, seafood platter for the wife and pork belly for me.
My daughter is a fuzzy eater and needless to say she liked the bolognaise. Didn't have the chance to taste it, as the kids finished it. So if anything I would say the bolognaise must be good.
Seafood plate had fish, chips, prawn balls, scallop balls, calamari with salad on the side. The fish was ok, the batter was crunchy and the fish was soft in the middle. The chips were crunchy and very tasty. The prawn and scallop balls was very good. It had a very crunchy batter and the prawn and scallops was hot inside but not rubbery. The calamari was what failed the dish. Not sure if it was undercooked but it was very chalky.
The pork belly was great. The crackling strips were crunchy and it was not salty or bitter. The gravy underneath was nice, it wasn't lumpy and it had a nice consistency. The vegetables were perfect, it wasn't overcooked so it wasn't very mushy. The greens on top of the pork belly was divine as well. The pork belly itself was very soft and tender and very tasty. The only fault I can see is that there is only one small slice of pork belly. Maybe okay for lunch but for dinner, you definitely will still be hungry.
Overall, a few improvements, however, will recommend this as I definitely will come back with the family to try the other menu items.
