Note Photo: On The Road to Springton (Rest area) I have On Block photos at Bucks Bistro in the beautiful little Township of Springton. At the rear of Bucks Bistro is Poverty Hill Cellars where I replenish my Red Wine stock. I have been getting my red wine from John some three years. It is Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, direct from the grape as pure as you would buy anywhere in the world. The Eden Valley area is known for its wines and Poverty Hill wines live up the Tradition. John has a New Vintage 2012 Riesling out, I was given a bottle to sample, the wife and I enjoyed with Friday dinner, and it was superb. Easy to drink, smooth with a fresh taste, what more could you ask for. I would suggest a visit you will not be disappointed.
