Review Daniel's Donuts - Springvale

Alan Ky
Some donuts were tasty, but definitely overrated. Customer service is below average and the music is played WAAAY to loud outside. You can't even hear yourself think let alone hear/talk to the girl at the serving window (you have to go back inside the store to talk to them).

The donuts are delicious and well priced for a 6 pack. The two stars are for the change to self serve kiosks. I was the only person in the store and was told no one would take my order as they are now only self serve. It took such a long time to scroll through and order 12 donuts. The whole time the staff stood there and watched me place my order as there was clearly nothing else for them to do at that time. Then I had to take my order number and wait for 5 minutes outside until my number was called. What a complete waste of time! If no one is in store and the staff are free why can't they actually serve you. It would have been much faster and a better experience for the customer. I will no longer get my donuts from the store. I will get them from BP outlets instead where customer service still exists. Such a shame

The best donuts ever! Long queue but moves too fast. Good and fast service. Staff are so patient waiting whilst deciding which donut/s you want to buy (due to heaps to chhose from and all looked yummy!) Reasonable price. What more, they’re open 24/7. Will definitely go back.

If I could give them minus stars I would bad customer service and lazy staff. I placed and order for food and drink, they were both packed in the same bag and the drink wasn’t secured but was put on top of the food causing a spillage soaking it all. Honestly no ducking common sense. Conveniently no one answers the phone as well.

I normally don’t like donuts 🍩 but daniel’s donuts change me…One of the best donuts. Variety of flavours and well presented…

Delicious! Decided to try a box of Cheesecake filled Donuts. They are simply better than any donut I have had. Better than a cheesecake. The family loved them and were half the price of a cheesecake. Will buy again.

I just got to Daniels Donuts and I've ordered a stake and onion pie they gave me a egg and Bacon pie ,instead and have also ordered a vegetarian pie the pies Don't taste very nice not happy with the food and also the gluten free Donuts I'm not to keen on trying either I paid $29 something and I find it a waste of money also with ordering your food from a machine since when did this happen. I will not be coming hear after today's experience not happy don't know why I even gave a star.
Vanessa Lee
2 starts Not for the donuts, for the overall experience. I used to love coming here back in 2016 when it first opened, but now it is becoming a more unpleasant purchase: super loud music which makes hearing orders difficult for collection, orders only through a touch screen machine now makes ordering n waiting lengthier and inconvenient without providing sanitiser upon use. Waiting in loud music with smoking all over the area is just not worth a trip down for donuts. Just ordering from the counter in the past would have made it more fuss free without unwanted contact with a screen + extra waiting time
Rafinlovescheatmeals
Have always been a loyal customer since the day they opened but they have had it all and now don’t give a s**t about their customers.. ordered online got the wrong box delivered and now instead of apologising they are just simply not giving a rats.. didn’t expect this from u

Donut selection is super good with lots to choose from and the softness of each donut is to die for. The donuts are somewhat pricey but worth the rare treat.
Stephanien262
They seriously have the best fresh cream and jam donuts. I also love their durian donuts. Best place in town. Must try!!
Nicole Kellam
My favourite spot for fresh and fluffy donuts. With an abundance of choice, it’s almost too hard to choose! <br/>The little store does get busy but be patient the line generally moves fast and the donuts are definitely worth the wait.
Akanksha Wadhawan
Amazing donuts however, worst staff ever. They have no manners whatsoever.
Nischita Nataraj
Very soft and fluffy buns which none of the big chains usually have. Few varieties are just amazing! A must try if you are in Melbourne!
Marcus Hope
I got a blue heaven shake and a New Zealand cheese and mince pie. Milkshake was pretty good but the pie was downright embarrassing. Very soggy and falling apart, hole in the bottom of it. Thankfully the milkshake was ok.

It’s a long trek from our place, but we regularly make the trip for our special occasions Daniels Donuts fix!<br/><br/>The varieties of Cheesecake, Custard and Chocolate Mousse Donuts are the best.
Kmc
Best donuts!

Who can say no to a 24 hours donut place? There is always a line no matter what time it is. Their donuts are fluffy and fresh. Each of it cost $3 and you can get a box of 6 which you can mix and match at $15.
Foodiejacie
I think Daniel’s Donuts’ officially my favourite donut place in town!!<br/><br/>They offer EXTREMELY SOFT donuts with A LOT OF DIFFERENT FLAVOURS, and trust me they aren’t too sweet!<br/>Do like their signature New Zealand Style (fresh cream & jam😋) - very delish and smooth cream, raspberry jam (not sweet at all!!) and soft enough texture of donut nomnom🥰 Their Peanut Butter and Nutella was SO EVIL and RICH as well. Texture was still good even I ate the plain glazed one the next day (reheated in the oven).<br/><br/>The shop opens 24/7, yet do expect queues on weekend arvo.

Lemon Meringue donuts are the bombbbbbb!!!! Ok, all the donuts are great but they are my fave. Highly recommend - the store in Carnegie is also consistently good.
IloveMelbourne
The vegan donuts are amazing especially the cream and jam. Friendly staff. A must when visiting Portarlington
SouthEastEater
*4.5/5 stars. <br/>Daniels Donuts are taking over melbourne (in a good way). Every time I go the donuts are fluffy and fresh. I’m not vegan but even their vegan range appeals to me. Wide selection of flavours to suit everyone’s taste. <br/>Negative: busy at times, however, the line generally moves fast.
MELBFOODIEEE
some of the best donuts in melbourne hands down - skip the doughnut time hype and come try their fresh jam and cream donuts!! nothing can beat it honestly, the rest of the flavours i’ve tried have all been quite meh compared to the fluffy, creamy then tart goodness of their best seller
Eatwithbonny
Best jam donut ever!! Really recommend to try. Good thing is they open for 24 hours which means you can satisfy your craving anytime. <br/><br/>
Alvin Lee
Love getting my donuts from Daniel’s! Definitely have to get the New Zealand Fresh Cream and Jam Donut! It’s my fav. Sometimes you see people walking out with a box just filled with the Jam Donuts!<br/><br/>Best thing about having a 24/7 store is that you can go there any time of the day, but there’s still a queue even if you go there past midnight! That’s how good it is 🤤

Melbournians take their donuts seriously and we now have a 24-hour donut joint. This place is always busy and they serve up the most amazing donuts you'll get. Love how they have asian inspired flavours and the taro donut was just heavenly. Note that they are only available at the Springvale joint.
Taraji
Simply the best place for the freshest donutsyou can get. Service is really quick so you can get in and out. Worth the drive for these donuts!!!
DineByNine
The atmosphere of this place was amazing. 1-2AM last night (Thursday) before a Public Holiday was busy as. First time I'm going here with a friend who introduced me to it, and I was like "wtf, who comes at 1am-2am for a donut". We watched the cool motorbike crew coming in (your bikes are awesome).<br/>The staff weren't too friendly, but we acknowledged that they were super busy, focused on serving but aware of who came first etc. For example, when a few new lots came in, the server asked another lady to serve us as we chose what we wanted.<br/><br/>We had and ate in this order: Taro Milkshake & Lime Lactose Free Milkshake. We ate the salted caramel donut, and the Glazed Donut.<br/><br/>We also ordered the Mars Bar Donut but we didn't eat it because the SWEETNESS from the salted caramel was so strong and the amount of sauce was excessive. Remember it's a donut shop, not a sauce shop.<br/><br/>We loved the fact that it was a multicultural based business in Springvale but targeted a mix of people - lime and blue haven milkshake, taro and durian. Matcha donuts etc (sold out). That being said - all the customers were a mix.<br/><br/>We enjoyed it, and would likely go again and bring others but that salted caramel donut is a definite no.<br/><br/>My friend woke up at 5am and got sick from the taro milkshake.<br/><br/>^ even though there were 2 negatives - these guys deserve a 4 star, not a 3 star. There were many more positives than negatives.

Daniels Donuts has really good service and was really nice to myself and my friends.

My Rating: 4.5<br/><br/>Wow! Finally got chance to try Daniel's Donuts on the Sunday (Father's Day) whilst in the area that day. It was on our way home when I decided it would be perfect opportunity to swing by and quickly drop in to get some donuts. Ummm.... I didn't realise how long of a queue it was, even for a distant I could see straight away where the shop was located haha!   Well the queue didnt deter me away from wanting to get donuts that's for sure. It actually made me more interested to really want to try some! <br/><br/>🔆LOCATION🔆<br/><br/>Daniel's Donuts is situated in a shopping area which has open space car park at the corner of Springvale Road, Princes Hwy, Centre road junction.<br/><br/>This area also has Spotlight, Coles, Red Rooster, Pharmacy, Pizza joint, Subway, Nandos, Supercheap Auto Sandown, and Dulux Trade Centre. <br/><br/>You can't miss it, Danie's donuts is right next to Spotlight and you will see a long queue of people. What is so amazing is that this shop is OPEN 24 HOURS! Oh my gosh. I'm so glad I actually live quite far from there. Haha! <br/><br/>🔆SERVICE🔆<br/>Service was very quick and easy but I kind of wish while standing in line, there was a pictured menu or a list of donut flavours so kind of have some knowledge in advance because as you walk in there are so many counters will donuts lined up and also people everywhere viewing at all the options so its a little overwhelming and I feel awful that the lady who was waiting for me to select my donuts but I guess they're used to it. She was also multi-tasking and serving another customer which also kind of made me a bit more relaxed and able to have extra time to decide. <br/><br/>🔆MENU/PRICE🔆 <br/><br/>Donut's are $3.00 each or you can buy 6 for $15.00 which works out to be $2.50 each.<br/>Cakes are $3.90 each.<br/>They also sell house made pies, sausage rolls, coffee, milk shakes <br/><br/>Donut flavours includes ( I might not have captured all): <br/><br/>New Zealand style Fresh Cream & Jam donut<br/>Vanilla Slice donut<br/>Nutella custard donut<br/>Custard donut<br/>Oreo Cheesecake donut<br/>Snickers Custard donut<br/>Bueno Custard<br/>Cookies & Cream donut (Fresh cream filled)<br/>Golden Caramel donut ( Caramel custard filled)<br/>Glazed nutella donut (Nutella filled)<br/>Nutella donut (Nutella filled)<br/>Strawberry Iced donut (Jam filled)<br/>Jam donut (Jam filled)<br/>Cinnamon donut<br/>Salted Caramel donut ( salted caramel filled)<br/>Oreo glazed donut <br/>Nutella M&M donut<br/>White Chocolate Raspberry donut<br/>Nutella Kit Kat donut<br/>Ferreo Rocher donut<br/>Nutella White chocolate donut<br/>Nutella Lamington donut<br/>Nutella Double chocolate donut<br/>Nutella Snickers donut<br/>Mars donut (Salted Caramel filled)<br/>Lemon Meringue donut (Lemon curd filled)<br/>Peanut Butter Nutella donut<br/>Peanut Butter Jam donut<br/><br/>🔆VERDICT🔆<br/><br/>I like how all donuts are all the same price at $3.00 each, no confusion in costs.<br/>I actually wasnt sure if I should get a 6-pack deal as it seems quite alot. So I decided to only get 3 donuts (to be safe) haha! <br/><br/>I decided on the following three: Forreo Rocher, Oreo Cheesecake and Snickers Custard.<br/><br/>My favourite is the Snickers Custard donut. It is very light with custard cream inside and yummy chocolate bits swirled with some caramel. Delicious! <br/><br/>The Oreo Cheesecake was also good, very creamy centre with finely crushed oreo biscuit bits, was a delight.<br/><br/>I though the Forreo Rocher was a bit average, it was just a donut covered in chocolate with an actual Forreo Rocher chocolate at the top.<br/><br/>I would love to return again and try their other flavours. What is so great is that the donuts are not overly sweet!
The Superscript Diner
❤️ tiramisu ($3.50); vanilla slice ($3.50); New Zealand fresh cream ($3.50); Maltesers mousse ($3.50)<br/><br/>💔 matcha ($3.50); taro ($3.50)<br/><br/>👍 great value for money when you buy it in a six pack; large selection of flavours and varieties; generous amount of cream; beautiful presentation; open late <br/><br/>👎 rush (and panicky) customer service; taro and matcha flavours tasted very artificial; taste as though it was yesterday’s batch (not sure if they bake fresh everyday) <br/><br/>🕓 mild busy at 2.30pm, Sunday afternoon<br/><br/>❗️as the line moves fairly quickly, and the staff is very eager to take your order (almost to the point of being impatient), it is a good idea to have a look at the large selection of donuts beforehand so you know exactly what you want before you approach the counter
Hesh Auradhi
The best donuts. Sooooo yummmyyy. Always my go to. <br/>I hope they have more branches around the melbourne. But always worthy the 45mins drive.
Melvin Lay
Red Velvet Donut!! Absolutely amazing and delicious and will be definitely coming back for more in the future. Price wise it is worth a dozen.
JiaLing Cheah
I don’t know why but their doughnuts just makes me crave for it so much. My absolute favourite is their most popular. Other than that I also love passion fruit cheesecake, cookies and cream, taro and golden gaytime.
Parul Aggarwal
Great for late night sugar cravings. lots of donut variety. Decent donuts.
RM
Usually you feel a bit rubbish after having doughnuts and can only have it once in a while (I am fairly healthy I guess!) but this place..oh the best doughnuts. My personal favourite is the salted caramel. Just one thing..they always run out of salted caramel flavour!
Tanya Carneiro From Heavenly Morsel Instagram
This place is nearly ALWAYS busy , especially at night time .<br/><br/>Great to get the gang and cars , for  a late night coffee and dessert.  The donuts are big and sugary .<br/>The lines can get a bit too long at times but for donut lovers , this is worth it . <br/>Many flavours to  choose from but mine is the OG Jam donut warmed up .<br/><br/>MUST GO atleast once for the vibe.
Alicia
This place is definitely worth the hype. The New Zealand style cream and jam is easily the best flavour they have. <br/>The vibes are always good. <br/>Also, there’s almost always a line here despite the time.
Sandali Wijekoon
Refrigerated donuts are the best by far. I wasn’t a fan of the Nutella donuts or the other plain room temp ones. The choc milkshake was great. The New Zealand style fresh cream and jam was my favourite by far!!!

.<br/> Food (70%): 4/5<br/>Value (20%): 4/5<br/>Experience (10%): 4/5<br/><br/>Overall: 4/5<br/><br/>A long queue as always, but a worthwhile wait if you're in the area. Donuts were light and fluffy and customer service was a pleasure.
Willtravelforfood17
Love that this place is 24 hours, there’s people queueing for donuts even at midnight! Donuts come in so many different flavours and it’s too hard to choose. Service is really quick and donuts are very reasonably priced. Donuts are fluffy and not overly sweet.
Tinmans Treats
A 24 hour donut place.... which is the heart and soul of what Melbourne is about - travelling to get food at whatever time, whatever place. Definitely worth the drive to Springvale. A lot of varieties for all tastes.  If you haven't been to Daniel's then are you even Melbourne?
Angelo Pinnaduwa
Had to visit this after all the hype. Drove up to Springvale to see a huuuge queue. 6 donuts for 15,but stuck to 2 as I wanted to control it. The good thing is that the staff does not rush you despite the crowd and that's really nice.<br/><br/>I asked the staff for 2 recommendations with one having custard. Then got the cookies and cream, and the Gaylord caramel custard donut. The bun is a little dry, but the filling was top notch. The only issue is that the filling does not cover the donut and its not that great when you have a bite that doesn't have the filling in it.<br/><br/>The cookies and cream have a very enticing appearance, and the filling is yet again the best, and I'm a little surprised by how dry the bun was :/<br/><br/>However, a good donut and I've got a feeling that freshly baked ones are going to have a better bun!

This doughnut shop is insane! I have ever seen anything like it in my life. People cue outside to get served, and there is a cue outside its front door measuring around 50 meters In length, 24 hours a day, seven days a week! How does this baker do it!

Thats why they're open 24 hours🌛 i personally love going in early morning when they're fresh off the press! 😍 little bit disappointed that they no longer have long johns though! 🍩 i could easily knock back a triple with a nice cup of coffee or tea! 😏<br/>.<br/>☑ 7.9/10! GREAT donuts but not the top of my list! 🍩 there's always been hype about Daniels and for good reason, i swore by them at one stage and still do love them! ❤ they have great flavours a wide variety of combinations and the donuts are tasty! 🙌🏽 the reviews they get though suggest that they're flawless 🤔 i don't think thats the case 🧐 the dough is slightly on the thick side and if eaten later can become somewhat dry.. they are amazing when they are fresh! 😍 but i mean, straight out of kitchen fresh ☝🏽 don't get me wrong though good donuts, especially when they only put you back $15 for a box! good value for money! 💰 great donuts, but not the top of my list 🗒<br/>.<br/>💡 TIP - my personal favourites are classic strawberry and cream and lemon meringue 😁 get onto their mince and cheese PIES as well! 🤤 could have about 4 no worries 😂<br/>.<br/>🅰️ ANSWER - to get a FILLING! 😷<br/>.

There is always a long line at Daniel’s Donuts. <br/><br/>My go-to flavours are the Jam and Cream donut, Coffee Cream Crunch and the Lemon Meringue. My daughter loves the bueno custard donut and the Nutella cream.
SRC
Oh my! When you step into the shop, you end up dizzy with the huge tantalising selections of divine donuts! You’ll have to decide as quick as you can as there are the impatients waiting behind you 🤣. The choices span over 3 counters, catering right to the gluten frees and veganites! After sinking your teeth into these pillows of delight, no other donut can come close. If you are happy to do the long drive and the never ending queues, Daniel’s Donuts NEVER disappoints.
Missfoodieguide
Cream and jam is a must have here. So light and creamy with the perfect sweetness from the jam. Other flavours are not bad but I would only go for the cream and jam.
Estelle
Live around the corner and come here regularly, and have never had a bad experience. The donuts are incredible, super fresh and come in a really wide variety of flavours. They also offer vegan options as well which is amazing. The only small downside is that there is pretty much always a line going out the door, however it does move pretty quickly as they have plenty of staff, and it is well worth the wait. They also offer pies and a few different mini single serves cakes such as New York baked cheesecake, cannoli, etc. definitely recommend coming here!!
Sunny Days Melbourne
I couldn't stay away from Daniel's Donuts for very long. It's a fair trek from where I am but the journey is always worth the effort especially after my first bite into their signature donuts! It's never too sweet and it's always fresh. I love their chocolate flavoured donuts the best. See you again soon Daniel!<br/><br/>Here's my previous review:<br/><br/>The best thing about Daniel's Donuts is their wide range of interesting flavours. Staying open 24/7 is also a plus...you never know when the donut craving will hit!<br/>I was wonderfully surprised by their durian donut (the best of the six I bought this time around). There were real durians enveloped in their signature fluffy and tasty donut dough. Second best today was the New Zealand jam and cream donut. The cream tasted more like a custard and together with the sweetness of the jam, it was a combination made in heaven.<br/>The golden gay time was not sickly sweet and the caramel within was addictive. <br/>Loved the vanilla slice and lemon cheesecake but the Nutella custard was a mild letdown - I was hardly able to taste any Nutella. <br/>So all in all, it's certainly worth the trek to visit Daniel's Donuts. Don't be too intimidated by the queue, their super efficient staff gets things moving fairly quickly. And look out for their merchandise....we all need a donut pillow in our lives!
Two Hungry Diners
We have been to Daniel&#039;s Donuts a few times now and have to say every visit was worth 30 minutes&nbsp;of driving from our place. Their donuts are one of the best in Melbourne. Our first encounter with their donuts was the durian donuts given by a friend who lives nearby the area, which was only available on Wednesdays.<br/><br/>We&#039;ve been dreaming&nbsp;to try other flavors of their donuts, especially the most popular one - fresh cream and jam, we finally got there and grabbed a box of 6 donuts for $15.<br/>Oh, boy!!! They were so delightful, every bite was just so wonderful. Now we know why people are raving about their fresh cream and jam donuts. The golden gay time and cheesecake range are our next favorites. Make sure you guys grab them too when you buy their donuts!<br/><br/>The price is also right, not too expensive compared to other donut shops in Melbourne.<br/>Definitely, this shop&nbsp;deserves a 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Gina Tran
Best Donuts Ever! I’m so glad that they’ve opened up @ Highpoint Shopping Centre, which is much closer to me. Very quick service. My favourite donut out of the whole collection is the Cookie N Cream, w Cream Filling, highly recommend it for first timers.
TheMadHatterOnTea
These guys have a good collection of doughnut flavours so everybody will be pleased. I cannot get over their flavour selection - they have a bit of everything which is hard to find at most popular doughnut places. They also have vegan and gluten free doughnuts!<br/><br/>The line is massive but a clear testament to how good these doughnuts are. It moves really quickly though so don't let it stop you from going here.<br/><br/>The service was lovely - especially given how busy these guys were.<br/><br/>The doughnuts here are different. They're super light and fluffy which is dangerous because they feel more-ish. I don't have a favourite (yet) and am still working my way through the menu but take your pick - you won't be disappointed.<br/><br/>Definitely going to try one of their pies next time. And maybe a shake...
Carlos Danger
Best donuts in town hands down! I was never one to line up for food anywhere, but for Daniel's, I make an exception. Seriously addictive stuff. The lines can get quite long but service is fast so you don't end up standing in line for as long as you thought you would.
Samantha84nguyen
Gave into all the rave and went to buy some donuts at their newly opened Highpoint store. The line and wait was long and people dived right into their donuts and “ohh and ahh”. I bought mine and ate it. 6 donuts (3 types), and I must say I am so disappointed. It was dry and stale and I can barely swallow it. The donuts at coles and woolies is more edible. I would save my money and buy krisy kreme if I ever crave for donuts again and I am not a fan of KK. That says a lot.
Lisa Nguyen
Best donuts ever! The price is affordable (6 for 15) and theres always a long line of people waiting to grab their donut fix. Staff are patient and friendly and the donuts themselves are scrumptious. I personally prefer filled donuts especially when they are filled with cream, custard or mousse. The bun itself is light and airy and the filling is not too overwhelmingly sweet-just the perfect amount of sweetness. Theres just so much range of donuts you can choose from even vegan donuts as well. I also love how there are pop up shops in case you dont feel like travelling all the way to Springvale. They also are quite active on social media where they inform customers of special deals, competitions and if the donuts run out.

Run don’t walk to Daniels Donuts NOW . Without a doubt THE BEST Donut place in Victoria , not only are they cheaper than ANYONE else $15 for 6 but they are the freshest greatest tasting donuts in town and are well worth the lines that you will come across. They are open 24/7 and that is still not enough time for everyone to get down and enjoy their donuts . They are da bomb !!<br/>#melbourneiloveyou #foodstyling #foodphotography #delicious #melbourne #melbournefood #zomatoaus #melbournefoodie #danielsdonuts #melbournetodo #melbournelife #foodie #foodgasm #foody #foodlover #instapic #foodporn #foodpost #foodcoma #picoftheday #foodblogger #foodtravelsmelbourne #donuts<br/>

This place is right on princess highway so it can get quite busy and by that I mean reallyyy busy but the line does go by quite fast. There’s a lot of options and it’s 6 donuts for $15 which is a pretty reasonable price considering the quality of the donuts. My ultimate favourite is the Oreo donut. I also really like the white chocolate and raspberry one it doesn’t have any feeling so it’s really nice and doesn’t get messy and sickening.
Lizzie Eats Melbourne
😱Lizzie’s first impression: first time having the donuts here and there were such a pleasant surprise <br/><br/>🍩Lizzie enjoyed: I love how they have so many flavours to choose from and I’m so glad they opened up a few more stores around. The classic jam ones you really can’t go wrong with. They also do durian ones too. <br/><br/>🍅Lizzie did not enjoy: it’s a bit too light and creamy for me and the donut itself isn’t as tasty as I’d hope. <br/><br/>🥇Lizzie rates overall: pretty good for its value and definitely would be coming back to try more
Chocolover
Okay donuts at not bad prices specially at late night when not much is open and these guys have a line out the door. we were convinced by the line and insisted to stay and wait to try few donuts but weren't anything too exciting, overall not bad but had better
Quince And Cheese
Vegans hype this place so hard. Personally, I'm not sure if the high regard is deserved, but I won't pretend I didn't enjoy my vegan pb&j donut. It's definitely not as artisanal as other vegan donuts I've had, but the price reflects that. The jam was way too sweet and fake tasting but the peanut butter frosting was great. I also tried the non-vegan golden gaytime which I didn't care for (didn't taste like a gaytime to me). I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but it's a good stopping point if you're in the area. Especially if you're driving down the coast or on any other long drive. Once step into this bass-pumping 24-hour sugar den and you'll be wide awake and ready to keep moving!
EatsOfMelbourneAus
If you really want no desert left behind then these doughnuts are the best treats. I ordered 100 doughnuts for my 21st birthday and they were a hit. Original glaze has and will always by my favourite. Thanks again for making my night so memorable 😀
Annelise Van Rooye
The best vegan donuts! 🙌<br/><br/>Love that they have 10 different kinds of vegan donuts (as well as loads more non-vegan ones too!) love that they are always open! Love that they make good coffee and just love that there is a place that makes vegan donuts! (Did I mention that part already? Haha!)<br/><br/>Soooooo good!
Loveeatingfood
delicious!!! simply delicious. the donuts are very very yum would defs go back for more! i prefer the cream filled ones compared to the noncream filled :-)
Steven Yuniansyah Suyanto
Bought 6 donut from here and taste awesome. I really like the oreo and cookies and cream donut. I tried their Kitkat and nutella as well but its too sweet and i cant handle it. If you’re sweet lover, you can come and try their donut here.
ALICE ⚡️
look your springvale store is abit of a hike for me BUT I WAS YOUR NUMBER ONE CUSTOMER AT HIGHPOINT VERY LOYAL WAS THERE EVERYDAY I TRIED ALL THE FLAVOURS MY FAVOURITE IS THE GOLDEN GAYTIME so please come back to HIGHPOINT
Mad Dawg
Delicious fluffy donuts with a twist. Particularly enjoyed the lemon meringue. It's a bonus that it's open 24/7. Be wary of the line at peak times.
Michelle Leong
Last week's donut run turned out to be quite a success. The sister and I were rather efficient with our choices and were lucky enough to have only waited for 5 minutes before we were served. At $15 for a 6 pack or $3.50 per donut, it was reasonably priced. Lots of chocolate inspired types to choose from although my favourite would have to be, surprisingly, the cream filled versions as I found the cream fresh and was not overly sweet.
Sompa Goswami
Expensive doughnuts turned out quite tasty to be honest. Tried out the cookies and cream and it was really good. If the prices could be dropped a bit it would have been perfect.
Whalesfoodadventure
Travelled forty minutes to see what daniels donuts is all about and boy of boy it didnt dissapoint. Best donuts! Especially the jam and cream
Stelly
After trying a variety of their flavours, I’ve come to the conclusion that the fresh jam and cream donuts are my favourite! Definitely prefer the cream ones over the custard - the cream is very light and fluffy, whereas the custard is usually a bit too dense and not as pleasant. Still the best donuts in Melbourne! <br/><br/>ORIGINAL:<br/>I’ve never really been a huge fan of doughnuts all my life, but I think Daniel’s Donuts might’ve just changed that! Daniel’s is honestly one of the most raved places in Melbourne, and I can finally see what all the hype is about. Their doughnuts are not only extremely affordable, but also extremely delicious! Huge in size, and super fluffy and soft, they are definitely worth the wait! I would highly recommend trying the custard filled and the cookies and cream doughnuts - the filling is light and creamy and not overly sweet! Definitely check this place out - you won’t be disappointed!

*24 HR DONUT STORE*<br/>Daniel's donuts was amazing, 24 hrs which means at anytime your craving donuts you can head on down for some! Wide variety of donuts you can choose from and there delicious but I decided to try the famous NZ steak and cheese pie and I can safely say hands down best pie I've had so far! It is extremely delicious and also the staff is very friendly too if your after a chunky steak and cheese pie head to Daniel's Donuts!
@brunchgirl
After hearing the buzz of Daniel's Donuts for so many months, I decided to bite the bullet last night and make the journey out to Springvale to try these bad boys. Long story short, it was worth it! It was a Monday night at around 11pm so I expected the shop to be quiet. I was definitely wrong. The line was all the way out the door. We grabbed a Snicker's Pod Donut and a Caramel Filled Donut and all I can say is WOW! These donuts are insane. Will definitely be back.
Mia
Highly reccomend the Tiramisu doughnuts. This place definitely matches up to the hype. Will be back again to try the other doughnuts on display!!
Hmm
Good doughnuts, friendly staff but Carnegie store PLEASE PLEASE MAKE SURE THE OUTER SURFACE OF THE BOX IS NOT COVERED WITH CREAM. Got a box just now, cream & jam was all over the box, and it rubbed onto clothes (and this one needs dry cleaning!) Your store is so nice, please don't ruin it with things like this.

Happiness is at the end of your favourite Daniels doughnut!! For me their standard Jam and cream is a winner. There only one thing better than a Daniels doughnut and that’s two Daniels doughnuts!! 🤤

The hype of Daniel's Donuts has been going on for a few years now, so I was stoked to finally give it a try. We ordered two boxes filled with basically everything - the favourites of our group were the fresh custard ones. All in all, we agreed that the donuts were alright, definitely too sweet but nothing special. A little pricey too.

I believe everyone can find the favourite flavour donut in Daniel's Donuts. I personally don't like super sweet dessert, so I really enjoy custard series- apple custard, lemon custard, passionfruit custard, as well as the most popular jam & cream ones. I couldn't say any negative about them because it is a pretty good deal to get a full box of delicious donuts. And they open 24/7! I am willing to drive 1 hr for return to get them! Also I wondering if they sell the hot pink donut cushion in the store.

One of mankind’s greatest creation right here 🍩! When a food hype happens, my expectations of it becomes extremely high🤩. With the never ending queues and the most glorious aroma of frying dough ✨, even after chowing down yumcha, I almost ate a whole box of these bad boys from Daniel’s Donuts and still mind blown🤤!<br/><br/> 🤤If I could only choose one cheat meal forever, it would definitely be Daniel's donuts 🍩! Although my PT would probably disagree on that 😂!

Pretty good donuts around the area! You can’t say no to nicely made donuts ;)<br/><br/>FYI...<br/>They have plenty of options for your taste, but there’s usually a line. The wait isn’t too long , so try out their donuts for sure!<br/>

*Almost* as good as Krispy Kreme donuts, Daniel’s Donuts were fluffy, sweet, and came in many different sinful flavours. Jam-and-cream was their staple, some of my favourites were Nutella, custard, tiramisu. Their donuts were a pretty good deal as well, you could get a pack of 6 for $15. I wish they were closer to the city!

One of the best doughnut joints in Melbourne the PB&j donut will always be a go too for me, the fan fave the cream and jam doughnut is always a too die for doughnut<br/>

Amazing! Best donuts I’ve tried. The price was great. 12 for $30. We got a great selection however my favourite ones would have to be the Nutella range with all the Mars Toppings.

While I reviewed Daniels donuts some 18 months ago it was a recent and rewarding visit by a friend who works in the area that really helped me settle in revising my star ratings upward. They brought me a half dozen flavoursome little gems. They<br/>Loaded up the 6 pack with kiwi style jam and cream because of my kiwi background and this was certainly a good decision. Soft and light with a lovely jam filling. Also top marks for golden gaytime which was my second favourite. Great to know they are always open.

Do yourself a favour and try Daniel’s Donuts!! Not only are they instagram worthy but they are also super fluffy and delicious. <br/><br/>My favourites were the lemon meringue donut and jam and cream donut. The lemon meringue donut wasn’t overly sweet as the tartness from the lemon curd balanced well with the sweet and creamy meringue on top. The jam and cream donut was a celebration of traditional and simple flavours done well. <br/><br/>Can’t wait for the high point store to open soon so that I can get my regular donut fix!

Iv tried donuts from all over Melbourne and these are definitely the best. The airy soft dough with the perfect filling🤤 Our favourites are the glazed Nutella and the jam and cream but they are all pretty delicious.

Amazing donuts!! $15 for pack of 6.. The ingredients are plentiful and great! Hence, they smell good, taste good and feel good..<br/><br/>It's open till late and I've always seen a queue, though it moves fast - so you better make up your mind about which 6 to pick, before the queue runs out! ;)<br/><br/>Good news is - they're opening another outlet in Carnegie very soon!

Nice GF doughnuts. Pity there wasn’t more range. <br/>There was many different types for vegans, but not GF. <br/>The cinnamon that I had was really nice. <br/>Would have liked to try many other flavors as they looked amazing.

In the midnight still open (24/7), get out of the car to buy a few donuts, a lot of varieties for choices, the staff is very patient waiting for your choice, taste super delicious, stuffing is very sufficient

Went at about 7pm and there was a line which moved quickly. Love the array of vegan options. Got 6 of them for my bro for his bday. DEEELLITCHOUS!!

All of the donuts I had were so fluffy, soft and delicious. I especially loved the cream filled ones - the mango cheesecake flavour was seriously soooooo good! I wish this place was closer to me so I could go more often 😂
Mr NomNom
The doughnuts here are not overly complicated or sweet, they are all made in a similar method. All of which are made to be simple, soft, fluffy and taste really good.<br/><br/>This place is incredibly successful and the queue is always crazy. Be prepared to wait.<br/><br/>Personal recommendations would be the cream and jam plus any chocolate type doughnut.

Thanks for the desserts!<br/><br/>Ordered many flavours of donuts.<br/><br/>Don't have to read my review to know you are getting delicious donuts. But I would like to congratulate Daniel's donuts for their deserved attention and success. Springvale is slowly becoming more and more of a destination foodie location!
