Just loved this place, best pho and best service, we will be back again.
Fav pho place in Springvale for sure. Would recommend
Lovely place and excellent food. Will surely come back with friends!
Oh this place is heaven on a broom stick it's the bomb fantastic
Great Pho. Always quick & great service. My number 1 place for Pho
Unbelievable we had the banquet and it was brilliant
If you're heading to Springvale and looking for great traditional Vietnamese food then this is the place to go!
Pho Chu Le are one of the OG restaurants that have been around for an extremely long time and with good reason. Staff are always smiling and friendly when greeting, food is constantly amazing and you get a sense of being in Vietnam for some reason, its great.
Being Vietnamese myself i hate saying this but, the food here is better then my Mums.
I've eaten at all the restaurants in Springvale, nothing compares. This place has been my go to for the last 12 years.
Our go to local restaurant for Vietnamese food, great variety but the Pho & BBH are the dishes we always come back for! Great service as well ☺️
With fewer customers around the Springvale area, we were able to snare a table at Pho Chu Le even though it was lunch time on a Sunday.
We ordered a couple of their noodle soups. The bun bo hue was a pleasant surprise. The broth was spicy and slightly sweet while the noodles were cooked perfectly. Meanwhile the beef and chicken pho was generous in portion and packed with meat. The pho soup was clean and tasty. There were the prerequisite bean sprouts and sate sauce.
Looking forward to coming here in winter for some heartwarming noodle soups!
Came to eat here with my parents. It was a nice relaxed environment, the staff were welcoming and nice through out. Food was great, there was a wide selection to choose from. Thank you to Paul who served us, he was kind and patient.
Friendly staff and excellent service. Best broken rice in Melbourne. Their variety of noodle soup are pretty damn good too. Always have satisfying feeling after visit this restaurant. Never fail us.
Pho is delicious and hearty. Portion is generous too for the price tag. Always order springrolls on side for sure. Place is always packed but service is very efficient.
Tried the bun bo hue and the bun vermicelli noodles. The place was packed at lunchtime on a Sunday. It is quite clean and despite the crowd we managed to get the last free table in the restaurant. I ordered the medium bun bo hue ($11) and my partner had the bun vermicelli noodles. The soup in the bun bo hue was so flavourful - packed with the fragrance of lemongrass - and it was sweet. The most delicious bun bo hur broth I’ve had. The noodles were soft and slippery and the beef was tender and in generous chunks. The bun noodles was fresh and flavourful with different textures and a generous serve of pork. We also ordered the vegetarian springrolls which was OK - I wasn’t a fan of the potato in it, it made the taste a little odd. All in all a good place for great food at a really reasonable price. I’ll com back again to try their pho!
This place been there 11 years.since I tried out all the pho restaurant in springvale shopping center.i have been their regular coustmer for 7 years.this place is best place to eat pho,the soup is flavor enough, after eating never feel thirsty or feel bad.the stuffs always can remember ur choices.fast and friendly service.the best choice is spicy beef combination if u like spicy.lots of meat I never can finish them and the rice noodles be cooked perfect.11 dollar for the regular size pho.good value for you must try it out.
Went for dinner on a quiet new years eve night. Was originally in the mood for pho but decided to opt for rice due to the heat. Ordered the Chu Le special fried rice. It had hints of curry and a decent amount of squid. Was very happy that dish was not excessively oily.
Opens very early so we usually eat here everytime.
Good food and friendly staff. Opens very early so we usually eat here everytime.
Good food and friendly staff.
That pho broth!!!! You don’t need a menu here, just get the beef pho. It’s amazing! There’s 3 sizes, small regular and large; I got small and didn’t leave hungry. But if you’re not in the mood for pho there is a lengthy menu with all the classics you’d expect.
Have tried various Viet places in Springvale but this is my absolute go to! Great service, very clean, tasty pho & best prawn spring rolls ever..
With lots of competition in the area it’s easy to miss this hidden gem in Springvale Central but make sure you pop in - delish, fresh & packed with flavour. Service with speedy and friendly, simple decor. Highlight was the salt & pepper pork - so tender & juicy while I have tried others in the area that can be quite dry! Overall, great spot & now my new go to spot in Springvale

Service was very speedy (as expected in an Asian restaurant) I ordered the spicy beef combination noodles and it was delicious. The best one I’ve had so far in Melbourne.
One of the many pho restaurants in Springvale! This was the Large Chicken Pho!
The highlight of this place was the service, it was quick and efficient and the food came out quickly! The chicken broth was flavoursome and the meat was standard. Nothing but quality food and the serving size was really big.
Pretty awesome place for a cheap and delicious chicken pho!
I have been heading to this place for years, the staff are friendly the service is really fast and the pho is up there with the best. The rice paper rolls are also fantastic
Quite often, I find myself craving for a certain type of food and unknowingly, wanting to have it for at least a few days or weeks. Pho so happened to be one of them considering the cooler weather and the thought of a comforting bowl of pho after an intense week sounds promising. With a myriad of options to choose from at Springvale, I am slowly but surely getting to know most of the restaurants and bakeries in the area. Oh, and not to mention the many little grocery shops tucked into every corner of the street.
This is the IMHO the best restaurant in Springvale, other places like huong giang bun bo hue doesn't even come close to this place. Other places maybe cheaper, but the food here is excellent.
My favourite bun bo hue in melbourne at the moment! Me and my husband would drive 40 mins just for it! It’s sooooo good! My brother brought me here years ago and I’m glad that the taste hasn’t changed since!
One of my top go to restaurants when in Springvale. I have lost count the amount of times I have been here and it has never disappointed (as I always order the same noodle soup). My go to is the beef ball pho which is amazing. Beef balls are always tender and I like that they offer their noodle soups in three sizes - small, regular and large. Price point is good and service is prompt.
Our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Springvale right now for a light meal..
They serve up top notch spring rolls, tastey beef lemongrass stir fries + great Pho - everything you could want + great value.
Staff are very friendly too - make you feel like a valued customer - unlike many of the other Viet restaurants who seem to herd you through like cattle.
Highly Recommended!
This is my 2nd go-to place for Pho in Springvale. Very tasty soup, decent amounts of nicely sliced meat (I only ever have with beef) and good sized bowl, Pho-tabulous! Other dishes we have sampled in the past were good enough to have us returning time to time.
The folks here are nice, especially the young lad who helps his parents out around here.

Avoiding the lines at pho hung down the road I ventured here for a short lunch break, really impressed with the friendly service and not overly busy interior which made me feel like I didn't have to drink the pho and move out for the next person, ordered a beef brisket and chicken which came out within 5 minutes. Always taste the broth before adding sauces and mint etc and I have to say I found this right up there for the Springvale area will be back for sure
Great Pho place! Quick, Good service, well priced and generous serving! Left have and full perfect for a cold Melbourne's day. I was in a sweat from the heat and chilli aswell
Bun bo hue was addictively delicious! Large serving and very filling. My friends enjoyed their beef pho and grilled pork vermicelli. The best in Springvale!
Best Pho In Melbourne. I come here on a regular basis, it's always clean, fast service and the pho is the best I've tasted in melbourne.
The best Pho we have found in Melbourne.
Clean, quick and always very very tasty
There beef noodle is always good, even when I ordered medium size they don't over do it by giving heaps of noodles. From some of the reviews I will stick with their noodle soups.

Pho for Anytime. Another great meal last night at Pho Chu Le. This is our go to place for piping hot Pho. You are guaranteed the same great quality & freshness every time you go. Beautifully sliced chicken breast, fresh bean spouts, herbs & chilli make this Pho beautiful. We have a ritual where we first taste the stock, then add the lemon, a sprinkling of white pepper, chilli and our herbs & sprouts. I make a nice little bowl of sauces, mixed to dip my chicken in. I also order their wonton soup with egg noodle when I'm after something different and it does not disappoint. And if you're not feeling like soup there are other Vietnamese favourites such as Broken Rice, Rice Paper rolls & Spring Rolls just to name a few. We are always greated with a big smile & a loud hello from Mr Chu Le. This place is a winner in our house.
Best of the pho bo/ga's. Been to just about all the pho joints around from the city to richmond to the burbs to springvale and all the ones in between since i've been about 11 yrs old - 10 yrs on. And i can tell you the Pho Bo/Ga are the best from here. The best!!! and everything else is pretty good as well, for everyone i've ever taken (many many different people with different tastes - never order the pho) they have all loved it. i no longer go to other pho bo places any more because this is the best one.
Been to majority of good Pho restaurants in Melbourne and this takes the cake. Always consistent. Friendly efficient service. I go here twice a week. Every week!
Best pho so far. I recently went on a mission to find Melbourne's best pho. The brothers at Pho Chu Le take first prize. I have since taken a number of people to this restaurant and everyone agrees it is one of the best they have had. Highly recommend the chicken or beef, but be careful their fresh chili is intense!
YUMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Ever think about where you can go for a good feed and leave feeling happy in your belly and wallet?
Well our problems were solved when we found Pho Chu Le.
My brother found this place and since the first visit has been our catch up point. The food is fresh and the flavours dance on your tastebuds. For someone who likes Spicy or Mild this place is for you. The dishes vary with light meals to large meals. All with one thing in common. THEY ARE ALL OUTSTANDING. We would happily eat there any chance we get. Well done Chu Le :o)
Quality Pho. The Pho was exquisite
the beef and broth mixed in my mouth and formed a seductive pas de duex .
Then out of no where the most playful of livers would spark the most tingling of sensations from my already satisfied tastebuds.
Love this place!!!! Get their spring rolls!! Best ever
BEST PHO EVER. Pho Chu Le has really good service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Prices are cheap, and well worth the money. The pho there is the best i've had, and i'm Vietnamese. Wonderful place to enjoy dinner with the family, or just sharing lunch with some friends. Awesome restaurant !
Great noodle soup & the best spring rolls i've ever had in melbourne.
Great food and really cheap great valued not be put off by location
Friendly staff, good value, love the wanton noodle soup, and the pork with the viet style broken rice (special) is always spot on.
Delicious. Clean and friendly environment just like the owner of this restaurant how is very friendly and greets me like a king!
The food taste great and lobster noodle is one of my favorite dish of all the restaurant and it is found best here at Pho Chu Le. Even tho it cost $80+ i think its worth every dollar!
