In the mood for a cheap and quick Vietnamese meal. Ordered the vermicelli and grilled beef and it was fresh and tasty. Good value for the price, easily a weeknight easy dinner choice
For the price, the food is worth it. You get such large servings and delicious authentic Asian food. One of my favourite places in Springvale!

I have been coming here for years. I always like to drop in for a quick bite to eat. Big portions, cheap, tasty. Not a glamorous restaurant, but always satisfies my Asian food cravings, love the variety of dishes too. With over 250 items on the menu, how can you go wrong?
Combination Rice Noodle is a "must" have. One of the best in the region ... comes out always the same, whether the restaurant is busy or not. Bargain at $11.00

Mud Crab with Xo sauce was delicious, but.... Was it the declared 2.5 pounds, we will never know...
The place is ran by a couple of oldies so service is a little on the slow side but they r really sweet n the food is cheap. Want good cheap viet food, go here. :)
Been Coming to this place sense i was in high school. The boss and his wife are the Most wonderful restaurant owners . The Food is super too . love my salty Fish Fried Rice with a Can of Cola . AAA++

Fantastic food... real quality fresh food at an affordable price. The charcoal flavours in the chicken lemongrass rice paper rolls was delicious, Salt pepper Tofu was one of the best we have ever had nice soft, but crispy and the omelette melted in your mouth. When we arrived the place was empty and I was abit skeptical but soon as the clock turned 12pm the place started filling up real quick.
Great little restaurant a true hidden gem of Melbourne.
Will definitely highly recommend you try this place with an open mind an never judge a book by its cover. FANTASTIC !!!!

Simply superb - great value, big serves, fantastic variety, always fresh and (very!) hot... Our "go-to" eatery in Springvale - and we've tried most of them...
Amazing! Been going here for 15yrs. Best Viet food in Melbourne. The family run business are so accommodating. Fried rice, rice paper rolls and pork spare ribs are a favourite for sure.

Truly a hidden gem in Springvale. I'm a local and have tried pretty much every restaurant in Springy. The range of food, the prices (particularly great) and the friendly staff are the reason I chose this place over all others. The good thing is that most lunchtimes it's pretty quiet, so you get served very quickly. The portions and 'extras' are something the others don't even offer. Trust me - you'll love Hue Hue!
