I love Zambrero's Springwood. Greeted with a smile, the friendliest staff in town. The best produce fresh and ready to go. The store is immaculately clean. Black rice power bowl is my favourite. You can't go past this place. It's now our weekly takeaway place. Thank you Z for giving us a healthier option on takeout. Plus feeding the hungry around the world. Who wouldn't want to eat at Zambrero's Springwood.

I had a zambrero bowl for dinner tonight and they hardly filled it. I use to love the vegan bowl but now that they weigh the bowl it's not filling at all. I'd rather go to grilled then be left hungry. You can opt to pay an additional 50c per salad but i think they should advertise this so people know. Such a shame it use to be so good.
I've been going here once a week for a few months and my burrito is always delicious. I usually get the standard IQ burrito with beef or chicken, white rice and beans, guac, salsas and chipotle sauce. The staff are always nice and usually engage you in a bit of chit chat which often makes the ordering experience more fun. Zambreros is a little more expensive than Guzman but I think the quality and choice is a bit better so I'm willing to pay a bit more. Standard burrito without guac is about $12.
My partner had recently tried Zambrero at another location, and as we were in the area, she persuaded me to give it a try. Walking in, it has a very open and clean feel about it. I was a little overwhelmed what to order, and the staff were a little to insistent on me ordering before really looking at the menu. I ordered a IQ Burrito and my partner ordered a IQ Bowl.
Much like Mad Mex, you order your meal and add the toppings on. The black rice was really nice and added a different flavour to the burrito. The pork filling had plenty of taste and did not get lost in the burrito. Other than the urgency to order, the experience was nice considering it is a chain.
Have been here many times for some quick and easy Mexican. Sure it's not the best mexican you'll ever taste but for a mexican food franchise, Zambrero Springwood does a pretty good job! I also like that they ate mexican with a mission The portion size is good and the flavour is fresh. The staff are very happy to make it how you like.
I highly commend their customer service and friendly attitude.
I tried the super bowl and it was delicious. The staff were more than happy to explain how it worked as I had never been there before and were super friendly. I'd definitely go back to this Zambrero, very rare to get such good customer service at a chain restaurant.

I think of Zambreros like Mexican 'Subway' you choose what style meal you want and then add you meats, salads, extras and sauce. I really enjoyed this place! My boyfriend and I actually went here for Valentine's Day after giving up going to the Hyperdome and completely forgot to book anywhere! We walked straight in ordered and got our meals in 10mins.
The food was really fresh and yummy! The best Mexican out there by far if you are looking for a healthy and fresh alternative.
Service was excellent.Very friendly and helped me order as it was my first time! Staff are are awesome and are very accommodating, offering a high chair for my toddler (They even brought it to me without me asking)

Yummy food + great service!. I’ve never been a fan of Mexican cuisine but this place has changed my mind! I went in thinking I wouldn’t like it, but found myself struggling to decide what to have! I went for a chicken burrito with black rice and guacamole and all I can say is YUM! It was super fresh, it didn’t feel heavy or unhealthy and I struggled to finish it as it was so big! The staff were super friendly and explained how to order really clearly since I hadn’t been before. If you like sweet treats, there’s also a Nutella and banana crepe on the menu *drool* I wish I could have fit one in!!! My friend and I sat in the store for a quick catch up too - it was a surprisingly nice environment with a vertical garden and a big communal table to sit around. I’m a happy convert to Mexican after eating here - yummy food paired with great service is a winner in my book! Keep up the great work!
Zambreros is a great place for a variety of healthy choices. Wether you want something vegetarian or with meat they have you sorted. The place is kept really clean and the staff are friendly. There is plenty of parking around with easy access. Highly recommended and worth checking out.
Food is delicious, and they pack tonnes into every dish. However the staff are incredible! Got there 15 min before closing on a Saturday night (9.45pm), and was served by the most incredible young woman. She was young- enthusiastic, friendly, and made the food like someone who’d been there 20 years training others to make it delicious. She took great pride in everything she did, and should be commended.
Great burritos! I called up for a big group order of 12 burritos and requested they be ready at a certain time. The order was being finalised as I arrived so it was perfect timing.
All of our burritos were hot, fresh and very yummy!

Best Zambrero by far. They’re super consistent with how they prepare the meals and the meals are always a generous serving. We call in every time we head to the Gold Coast because of this. Oh, and the staff are always friendly!

Very knowledgeable about Coeliac disease. I felt confident there was no cross-contamination happening. Had a fantastic buritto. Great food and service.
