Love the yum Cha from now called, Phat Nam. Fresh and quiet on non-Occassion weekends. Much variety, consistent and waitresses very helpful and offer for us to order directly from the kitchen. Spacious interior and plenty of tables. Never lets you down.

Nice.... Just dined here for the first time with my family and the food was quite nice. Efficient and friendly service. Am definitely interested in returning here to check our their yum cha fare, hope I won't be disappointed :)

Food here can be great sometimes and can be bad sometimes. I think the owner keeps changing to new chefs therefore the flavors are always different but overall it's good to me. It's a restaurant but you can hire a private room for private function for your own. Overall, the place is decent but need a bit of upgrade.
