I live on the other side of the city to La Casa del Pane but will always stop in if I am on that side of town for one of their pizzas. I don't know what they do to their tomato base sauce but all year round it has a brilliant taste - I love their margharita pizza because of this. But their artichoke pizza is also a favourite. If you buy a party size one it will definitely be a crowd pleaser.

I’ve been to La Casa Del Pane a few times over the years and it’s a great place to stop for some takeaway lunch or a quick sweet treat. Their pizzas are more like pizza bread or flavoured foccaccias but they are really nice. Small and large pizzas available as well as a selection of bread including traditional Italian panini rolls. Lots of indoor seating and parking at the back which is handy when you want to pick something up on the run.

Famous for Bread. La Casa is famous for its Italian bread. there is always a queue of people waiting to buy it. We had the Foccacia rolls last night and they were delicious. Their pizza slices are popular too and were a favourite when we weren't on diet!
