We had dinner here on Friday night. It filled up quickly after we got there. The meal was old country pub style which we love. Mash potato and vegetables served with, for me, 2 very tasty rissoles with gravy and for him, steak and vegetables with mash. Yum!! The pub is in the main street and the meals are substantial and delicious. We'll definitely be back and can recommend.

Just took the family down for dinner. $10 kids menu was amazing value (good sizes + drinks & deserts). My wife and I got mains and drinks and they were great value also. Great atmosphere too, families and couples dining.

Atmospheric older pub on Stanthorpes main street, a hive of activity. Decor 'Original plus' meaning parts are period, while others are tacked on at various times - which is part of the charm but also looking dated and slightly run down. Nevertheless the food is good, the staff friendly and the atmosphere inviting.

Had a brilliant meal. The Guinness pie is to die for. Real country hotel, very hospitable and despite being very busy, meals came out very quickly. Will be back, frequently 😃

Love the Omaras vibe! Always welcomed by the friendly, kind staff. The atmosphere is the good old country feel... highly recommend paying this hotel a visit whether it's for a cold beer at the bar or eating in enjoying one of the best parmi's I've ever tasted!

Food and staff were very good but drink prices are expensive and the tables seemed sticky. Ladies' toilet light could not be located by all four women in our party. Needs a good clean and modernisation.
