Popped into this cafe on way to visit my mum in the Wimmera. Excellent coffee. We ordered brownies, friands and date scones. All of them absolutely delicious. Now we have to go back there for more deliciousness on way back to Ballarat!
Cafe is set in a beautiful antique store, spread through several rooms. Great coffee - Industry Beans used. And the best homemade fruit scones ever!
A very stylish and tasteful stop to refresh and stretch your legs - recommended.
Whenever we drive across to Adelaide we always try to stop here. And will prob do so again this week. Postscript .. we did indeed stop intending to have lunch, but understandably they are limiting themselves to cake and coffee. We'll still go back though when not so hungry :-)

My favourite cafe in Stawell. Located at the historic end of the Main Street, the Gallery Cafe offers lovely coffee, with great service. Lots of antiques, collectables, and art to keep you interested. If you weren't planning on turning off the highway, change your mind and pop in.
If you're travelling west, turn off just after Sisters Rocks, follow Patrick Street down and it's right on the corner of the Main Street. Be sure to have a good look around the area, because the Gallery Cafe is nestled amongst some of the town's most important historical buildings.
Plenty of parking, great service, great coffee. And Covid safe.
Lovely homemade offerings to go with the coffee. A querky charming place.

Melbourne-grade coffee - the best I've found in Stawell so far.
Lovely staff, and great affordable antiques that reflect the history of the region. Half the time I leave with a little antique along with my coffee.
