A local Adelaide favourite, you can always rely on the Maid for a quality meal. Recently attended for a group booking for a birthday celebration and all 12 guests were satisfied. The only complaint is that a drinks order of cocktails and spirits had to be made in the front bar and so took longer than would have liked.

The Maid, one of the city’s most iconic hotels, have released a new summer menu. Cleverly named “Maid for Summer”, the new signature dishes offer a new range of fresh flavours and mouth watering classic combinations. Chef Sam Spiniello uses locally sourced, high quality South Australian produce and has prepared a light and ravishing offering for the summer. Spiniello began his culinary love affair as sous chef at Crusoes, the multi award winning Lakes Resort Hotel restaurant. He’s also had the opportunity to work with Chefs Greg Fox and Jamie Pavley who have influenced his flavour combinations and presentation skills. Adelaide Food Central, along with other guests, were invited to sample the new summer menu with all food and drink being provided free of charge.
Amazing espresso martinis ! We loved the friendly service, the place and the martinis. We intended to have only one drink and extended our visit for an extra 2 hours because the service and drinks were great.
