Wow the view alone is worth the visit, stick around for the sunset.The Tapas Food and drinks were great, service is excellent. Call in when out and about on the north coast. Have been back here a few times now and the food, service and view are well worth the visit

Today up at Stokes Bay we stumbled across a restaurant up a dirt road we were hoping to have lunch at but it was closed. Was opened for dinner tonight so we both thought it was worth travelling the 60km back there for dinner just because of the amazing view and setting. The Restaurant is Table 88, Stokes Bay KI. We arrived tonight to be welcomed by a friendly and warm and welcoming lady Catherine. Found out it was a Tapas menu but a menu we hadn't seen this good at a Tapas Restaurant before ever!! For dinner we had: Pate' with native current jam Marron with Garlic Butter (finally) KI Papratas Bravas with Smoky Paprika and Mayo Meatballs. Pork and Veal Meatballs in a Rich Tomato Sauce KI Lamb. Chimchurri skewers with KI natural sheeps yoghurt with mint and basil pesto And Baked Camembert with Quince paste. All accompanied with a gorgeous bottle of Shiraz plus more Shiraz lol, oh and Coffee. Need I say once again this is the best Tapas menu I have ever come across. Each meal was to die for and the flavours beautifully balanced and so so yummy. I cant tell you how good the food was!!! The dishes were bought out in an order that complimented each dish and you werent overwhelmed with numerous dishes that go cold. The waitress Catherine and the Chef Angela were so so friendly, warm, fun and helpfull. The Restaurant itself was stylish and trendy with one of the best views on KI. I strongly and highly reccomend anyone coming to KI that this is a must a stop. A night Jeff and I will never forget. Will be back here at this place next year!! You rock Table 88!!!

The view is amazing. We didn't have reservations so it was too long of a wait to eat. Also it took about 30 mins to get a glass of wine because they never told us we needed to order from the bar they just asked us to have a seat outside. With that said we know they were very busy so we understood. We will be back in the future with reservations next time.
