Got the green tea bingsu/shaved ice for $17 đwould 100% recommend it just melts in your mouth. The only thing I wouldâve wanted more of is the mochi but otherwise amazing ! The staff are also super nice.
Amazing food and generous portions. Really balanced flavour with their Smoked Salmon Mush - smoked salmon, cream cheese and mushroom on sourdough with feta, cherry tomatoes, pickled onion, capers and vinaigrette. Portuguese chicken burger on brioche bun was very intense, salty bacon, creamy aioli, spicy chicken (could do with less salt) but all in all very very satisfied!
They have great macarons and bingsu. Most staff are friendly too. I have seen on many occasions people who come to study but personally I do not recommend this place as a study cafe unless it is not busy.
Came here for dessert after dinner and it was full, we managed to get the last available table. Had a caramel milkshake and share the green tea snow ice dessert. The milk shake was really sweet and I didnât really enjoy it. The snow dessert on the other hand was great. Really fine light shaved ice with good flavour and generous amount of topping. We really enjoyed it and would come back again for this.
Hands down my favourite coffee in Sydney but the dessert isn't worth getting. There are better dessert places around.
Good all rounder cafe that serves nice cakes, beverages and bingsoo (have tried most of the flavours & they're all done well - particularly matcha, mango and tiramisu) . Staff are friendly, ambience makes it a good place to have a chat with friends.
The ambience and atmosphere of the cafe was amazing. They did not play kpop, as they played normal pop music. This was a plus, as personally I do not enjoy kpop. We were curious when we were at the register they sold coffee in a steel can so we ordered an ice coffee in a can (+$.50), coffee bingsu and a slice of soufflé cheesecake.
The cheesecake was amazing, although it did not have the airyness of a soufflĂ© the texture was amazing and it was delicious. I prefer this over uncle tetsu! The coffee bingsu was not sweet or had a limited sweetness which was on the plus side. The ice coffee in a was pretty cool, they seal your drink inside the can. It wasnât sweet as I know some cafes like to add ice cream. The coffee in this was on point! I would definitely go back and try their other cakes and drinks!
Amongst two or more people, the green tea bingsu would be worth its price. It tastes very unique, and the addition of tiny mochi, nuts and (i think) red bean/cranberry paste oddly adds on to the deliciousness. personally, the strawberry bingsu was a bit too strong in flavour and not very memorable, but my friends had preferred it over the green tea bingsu so it really comes down to personal preference of flavour (°âœÂ°) The swivelling chair is a great addition and the interior design overall was okay. the music is very cute and cozy. i have not tried the desserts, but the bingsu is definitely one of the better ones iâve had.
Was a lovely visit today with my friend to this cafe. we split the chicken sandwich and ordered the chocolate bingsu. although we came the strathfield to try the bingssu, the chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious!! the chicken was very tender, the flavours balanced well and the bread was toasted nicely too. the bingsu was very nice as well, some reviews talk about the light icy flavouring, which is one i prefer over more heavy shaved ice cream. the chocolate bingsu was not for me as i prefer more fruity flavours but for $16 it was well worth it! loses one star for the lighting really as it was quite dark with no natural light downstairs.
Love the smash avo, its the best in Sydney! I eat at this palce almost everyday. The coffee's are amazing, i loved the mocha. French toast are best way to end the meal.
Good portion size and fair pricing. Pancakes were a little dry and rubbery, but everything else was great. Coffee is nice, a bit on the milder side.
Love their chill vibe and good selection of snow ice aka Korean bingsoo. I ordered mango flavours and it was yum đ The shaved ice came with mango pieces, vanilla ice cream, rice cakes and mango syrupy sauce and the snow ice was flavoured with condensed milk. Portion is good for 2-3 people sharing. I just wish they have more toppings hence the 4 stars ratings.
First time visiting and really like the ambiance of the interior. It gives the right vibe to share conversation or two. My mango sponge cake is delicious but the Oreo one is a little too dry. Friendly and prompt service by the girls at the registerđ I would visit here to avoid a more crowded Lab cafe which is in the same neighbourhood.
A good vibrant Korean style cafe specializing in cakes and fusion drinks. It opens till late, so this is a popular hang out spot for the locals. The cakes are presented nicely and not too sweet. The organic green tea latte is really good!đ”
The taste of the coffee is look super amazing and the way it is served is also quiet fascinating. Looking for a stop around the corner of your walk then it is quiet the place to visit. The staff is quiet decent but the place can be a bit rushed up at times and feel like clumbsy.
Interesting selection of cakes, pastries and desserts. Tried the cheesecake which was very nice. Would come here again to try the shaved desserts next time.
