Review Rice Baby - Subiaco

Fantastic friendly staff! Delicious drinks too. The quality of food, however, was quite disappointing (I seem to remember that it was much better last time I went). The dumplings did not taste or look "fresh", and were quite dry... And I actually felt a bit sick afterwards. The $15 greens were almost inedible. Giving it 3 stars because the food and drinks were great last time, and the staff were really lovely - perhaps it was just a bad night for the chef?

Great Service. Good food. The drinks were extremely sweet and i personally don't like the pre-made cocktails in a plastic cup. Would rather have a freshly made cocktail in a proper glass. Other than that good spot overall.

I had been meaning to go to Rice Baby for ages, but never got around to doing so. I'm so glad that we made the effort to finally go! The service staff are quick, attentive, friendly and polite. The food is fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious. Meals are well priced for the type of cuisine and area. My companion is a vegetarian and there were plenty of dishes to suit her food requirements without having to resort to a salad. You absolutely have to try the tofu San choy bao, it is the best thing I've ever eaten. The serving size was ample. We had a drink each and ate plenty for only $30 pp. Hands down a fantastic experience, I cant wait to come back!

I enjoyed my experience at this place. They serve nice asian food. The portion sizes are generous and the atmosphere is nice. They also serve drinks and the service is friendly

First time here. Had a great time. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was great! Kids enjoyed it and I certainly enjoyed my mee Goreng. Will be back!

Asian fare in Subiaco. Four stars because of the excellent service and comfortable setting. The food at lunch is alright. The dim sum on weekends is ok but definitely could be better.

Recommended to us by our kids. Looked forward to it but was a little disappointed. We were seated quickly but had 4 different wait people serve us. The staff were a little slap dash and didn't seem very concerned with how they placed the food or who's it was. The bang bang chicken was nice, the beef cheek curry flavor was pleasant but the meat was slimy and we couldn't finish it. We might go back with others and try something different one day, who knows.
