I found myself in Subiaco one lunchtime with an hour to kill and chanced upon Fee Fi Pho Fum, a Vietnamese cafe on the main Rokeby Road strip. The lady at the till greeted me warmly and gave me a menu which contained all of the vietnamese favourites – rice paper rolls, stuffed chicken wings, pho, bun, stir fries, fried rice, noodles and salads. There’s also jelly tea, coffee, and complimentary vietnamese highland tea at lunchtime.
The taste of their Mongolian BBQ beef was average, steam rice was a little bit hard, chicken soup was fine. However the staff was friendly and the decors of the restaurant are lovely.
Went here with a couple of friends for Saturday lunch. We had the chicken & sweetcorn soup, followed by the Vietnamese Chicken salad, both were really tasty. We each had a main course all three dishes were great. My beef with chilli & lemongrass was delicious. Really nice relaxing vibe, music was great too...actually could have sat here all afternoon, we probably would have if we didn’t have tickets for the theatre. Will definitely return. Great value at $19pp. BYO
Pleasant experience dining in here with friendly staff. Self serve garnish is my favourite as I love plenty of fried shallot in my pho! Raw beef and beef balls pho and the viet coffee were great!
Best Vietnamese in Perth next to Junkboat. Beautifully fresh, great range and good prices. Try their broken rice pork or raw beef pho and remember to help yourself to their salad bar to zest up your meal.
I had a very nice baguette and pho here today. Don't understand why the score is so low. I really enjoyed my lunch here. All you need is one poor experience and people will start avoiding you. But I recommend this place for anyone that want Vietnamese. The ingredients are very fresh and the Vietnamese coffee is a nice flavor. Will add more photos next time I am here.

Very rarely do you experience traditional and authentic dishes outside home cooking or the country of origin, until now. I had the pleasure of eating a Fee Fi Pho Fum on Friday night and it was like being transported back to the streets of Vietnam. As soon as you enter the restaurant, the decor is inviting and creates a warm relaxing dining experience. A great place for a romantic date. I recommend you arrive there early or make a reservation in advance as it was quite busy when we were seated.
We were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member and recommended the chef's special. We ordered the 'special beef - the lot' Pho and were given free range of the extensive salad bar. The food arrived promptly and the aroma it emitted was intoxicating. The broth was rich, clear and full of flavour, the meat perfectly cooked and tender. Even the rice noodles were well cooked with a small bite in the middle. Hands down the best Pho in Perth. When we finished every last drop of our meal the owner even gave us complimentary prawn crackers! Be sure to check these guys out, you wont be disappointed!
Very yummy chilli baby soft shell crab here which I always have. It reminds me of home (Footscray) except that they have this really cool self-service area where you can get as many herbs, spring onion, onion, lemon and sauces as you want. I really love being able to help myself and it's good that they waste less. They are very flexible and accommodating and the owner is very friendly and attentive. I really like going there and will keep going back all the time. The atmosphere is good, lots of worker types on their lunch break during the day and very relaxed and friendly in the evening, too.
Fee Fi Pho Fum is just awesome. Table service in the evening and casual and easy for lunch. We come here every week just about and love so many options on the menu. It's great value for money, and you can get anything from a healthy snack/starter (amazing rice paper rolls) to delicious fried rice dishes (BBQ pork fried rice). My favourite, and the best thing in there, is the Lemongrass Beef Bún! It's healthy and a great portion! Eric is always in there and if you have an issue just let him know. They were so so busy tonight with the festival on and uber eats orders that we had a wait which was uncharacteristic, but as soon as Eric knew he looked after us! Regardless to say we will be back...
Visited with a Living Social voucher for two. Paid $39 for a serve of pork and prawn rice paper rolls to share (which were really really good), choice of chicken or beef broth each (huuuuge bowls we hardly made a dent in), large steam rice and choice of main each. We opted for honey chicken and satay combination. Servings were generous, service was friendly and efficient, food was pretty good! Loved the self-serve condiment bar for your pho!
