Review Grill'd - Subiaco

Placed an early order to beat the rush and asked for vegan cheese. Took the order home and it had regular cheese. Tried calling 20 times with no answer. Returned and the nice server passed me to the manager. I explained and as the wait was now 20 minutes I asked not to go in the queue. Waited and waited and waited. Eventually I spoke to the manager and he called to the cook to prepare my burger! Just then someone from the restaurant said my burger is wrong and they started remaking it straight away! That is what should have happened to my order. To say I’m annoyed s an understatement. The manager also used his phone wearing gloves and went straight back to touching everyone’s food. This is not the first time the vegan cheese has been mixed up. I have never seen this manager before and I appreciate the very busy night but get your act together and consider hygiene! I will not be returning .

Shoutout to the legends working tonight, you guys rock! I have severe allergies, and in a rush to pick up dinner to take to a family member in hospital, I didn’t double check that I’d removed the mayo from my burger while placing my order on the website. When I received my burger I quickly realised my mistake - I went back into the restaurant to explain what had happened and there was no hesitation in remaking my burger. Thank you!! 🙌🏼 This made my night.

Really nice burgers, I ordered a beef burger and it was good, the vegetables were fresh and the juices of the beef patty were preserved, fried are cut in a rectangular flat pattern, different cut when compared to normal fried. They should serve cold drink in a glass with ice.. otherwise everything was good.

Usually pretty good but I was quite disappointed that we were turned away due to a "lack of staff" despite there being the usual compliment of 6 staff preparing and cooking food and online orders being prioritised over dine-in orders. Managing workload is understandable but the staff appeared to opt for manic overreaction to no effect instead of making calm and considered decisions. I will revisit this review within a few months with an updated appraisal.

Made with love? Not today! HFC we’re burnt to a crisp and completely inedible. Almost broke my tooth on a piece! We frequently order from Subiaco and the quality has progressively declined since Xmas, but this has been the worst experience I’ve had in years. The staff are getting ruder and more incompetent. Maybe if the company focus on employing people with the relevant attributes, instead of trying to meet certain demographic targets, then the staff might actually pay attention to what they’re doing and stop chatting amongst themselves and treating their patrons with contempt!

Customer service was decent, but we genuinely waited 35 minutes before we had to ask where our food was. Waited another 5 minutes just to receive a dry burger with barely any sauce. Was just dry. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Grill’d experiences i’ve had.

Grill'd is great. This one is not my favourite, as the kitchen is small and so service is a little slower than others. But it's a gem of a location. I love sitting outside and enjoying my delicious burger and people watching. The people that work here is epic and genuine, it's ideal for a two person date.

Recently ordered some burgers from Grilled subiaco and when it was delivered, the patties were missing. We called the restaurant and they didn't even apologise and they claimed that the patties were in the burger when it left the restaurant. The lady who we talked to was extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never order from Grilled subiaco again.
