This little place has been my saviour. My daughter was flown up to KEMH at birth and I was so over hospital food and chocolate bars. Found this little gem and loved in their healthy bowls and snacks. Was amazin part of my recovery after birth to eat as well if not better than I would have at home. Thank you xxx ❣️

Lunch bowls are tasty and fresh. Salads, fritters, slices and similar served with juices, sparkling, water or tea and coffee.
Honestly the best vegetarian/vegan options in the state. as a vego carpenter who struggles to find anything other than a spinach and ricotta sausage roll for lunch. i cant recomend a better spot for smoko. Often find myself driving 20 mins out off the way just to eat here. The coffee rips too and the staff are always bubbly fast and helpfull.

Best coffee and healthy food in the area. My favourite place for takeaway lunches aswell. Friendly staff and good opening hours.

Today I tried the lasagne and cauliflower salad - OMG - next level food. So tasty, full of flavour.
The carrot cake is amazing too.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. Love the fact that they have a shop too with a variety of items.

My fav coffee shop! Love their coffee and cauliflower chickpeas salad (healthy meal) which is perfect for lunch. Highly recommended.
Best Coffee in Shents hands down. Ham, cheese and tomato toastie also excellent . Great friendly service. Do yourself a favour and check it out.
