Horrible experience! Gone there more than 2 times now and never get a hello or how are you.. i waited for my order which was sitting infront of me for 10 minutes while the staff memeber ignore me when i was asking if that was mine... then after she points at the drink and looks at me...like trying to say “oh yeah thats yours”.. its not that hard to say “ here is your tea, have a nice day” or just a plain “thank you! “ or even a smile!! But she said nothing?!! Not even goodbye.. Where is the customer service and feeling good after my purchase.. the drinks are greta but with such a terrible service o don’t know if i would go back.. worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life, sorry to say! AND THEY HAD NO PEARLS! Very sad experience Plus the first time when i asked to get a memeber card the cashier just said ‘We don’t do them ’ and i was confused because 1 second before that she asked me if i had a memeber card?!!! This is one of my favorite milk tea,i always get the taro milk tea large standard ice and sugar, but yesterday i had my taro milk tea and it was so thick and no taste at all i end up trowing it in the bin. I guess the staff is new.

Wait time is always 10 minutes + with the staff rudely ignoring waiting customers until people eventually give up and leave. Under staffed and bad customer service in my opinion. Go to Utopia instead.

very good quality drinks , but more staff during the week. I had to wait 15 minutes for one drink because there was only one girl working.

Not bad... I think I prefer other places for bubble tea though... And pretty slow.

Average tea, pretty poor service and NO pay pass. Utopia is much better and more variety.

Only complaint is that the favourite items are often sold out ie. Frozen, coffee and pearls. Othereise , great staff !

Been a few times and they run out of pearls often. Doesnt make much sense to get bubble tea without bubbles

omfg girl who works here looks like she wants to kill herself and honestly couldn't move any slower!!! waited almost 10 minutes with 1 other person in front who ordered 2 drinks. also, when did it become ok to charge 5.80$ for a small bubble tea?!

When instead of making your order staff are either chit chatting or taking their time putting order stickers on the cups first.. runs out of sago at 4pm.. staff also doesn't look sure what's happening.. takes 15 minutes just for 1 cup of bubble tea

I've been going here for three years.

I love their variety of bubble teas and toppings.

The customer service is overall average - some staff are standouts (excellent!) whereas others need a little training.

Over the years prices have gradually increased but the quality is still high.

Sometimes the waiting time and queue are long. I have waited up to 10 minutes on one occasion which is okay, but I was in a rush. I strongly recommend asking how long the wait is before you order.

It would be great if they had a third staff member - they usually have two - but it's a small work area so that's understandable.

Overall, check out Chatime in Subi!

Love this place!
very delicious and authentic bubble tea.
I am a regular customer (at least once a week I go) However on numerous occasions they have been out of custard (egg pudding) and the service has taken in previous times anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes in peak hours. However , this is usually due to lack of staff members as there is usually only one or two people working, soI would recommend they hire more workers. Overall, a great place for tea and have recommended and raved about to many.

Had the Thai milk tea with herbal jelly. It's nice and has a pleasant taste. Not too sweet. I enjoyed it and would order it again. PS: if you like to get their membership card, it costs 50c.

It's good to have a location that's not in Northbridge or the city, the service is fast and all bubble teas are pretty much the same. I wish they had more flavours though, they don't have most of the menu that's on zomato. They have about 10 milk flavours and 10 fruit ones and a few frozen ones, that's all, which is a shame.

I do like this place, but, 50% of the time that I go out of my way (drive miles/find parking/get kids out of car) to grab a bubble tea, they don't have any bubbles (pearls) made. Surely that is like a Chinese restaurant not having rice? I can make tea at home. I'm after bubble tea..

LUURVE bubble tea!

Bubble tea is pretty hard to fail at, most of the big franchises (eg. Utopia, Easyway) are pretty much very similar but I particularly like this one as it's close to where I live! My fave is the apple green tea with aloe vera jelly but most of the milk teas are great too.

Please come to Perth CBD!. Great bubble tea but the location is a bit out of the way...I'm sure this place would have so much service in northbridge or the cbd because it is 10xx better than Utopia/Easy way. The Taro milk tea is so good (and it's even got real taro inside!)

Love in my mouth.. I have gone to quite a few bubble tea places around perth (North and South of the river) and I ALWAYS order Hazlenut tea + Pearls/Sage, I can say without a doubt this is the best bubble tea I have gone too, You could actually taste the team, the price was very good, the hazlenut was great, wasn't too sweet and best of all ha dthe perfect amount of ice so I didn't have any left over in my cup (The one thing that impressed me the most as most places are 1/3 cup of ice). I will definitely be going back there again and would reccomend it to friends and colleagues.

Authentic flavours !. This is a great place to stop by after a long day at uni!
Great service , staff was friendly and drinks came out moderately fast
Ordered the Matcha Green Tea with Red Bean and to my surprise it was not too sweet, which was good and the tea flavour is distinctive too (some places lose their tea flavour as they use syrup to achieve the flavoring).
Definitely coming back to try other flavours :)

Great cosy little Bubble tea joint. Great service though very busy. Great variety! Loving this.

Went here with high expectation however was totally disappointed with their so called 'latte' bubble teas. Made by using powders. Ordered two of them (matcha and premium bubble tea) and both tasted so watery. Lack of ordering descriptions such as amount of ice and sugar. Hidden costs (soya milk based bubble tea costs additional 50 cents and nowhere being mentioned). The only thing I like is their pearl!
