Review Milk'd Subiaco - Subiaco

We attend bottomless brunch with a group of 4. Service was quick and friendly. Staff was quick to refill drink order once empty. No need to worry with missing out on drinks. Granola first course was delicious. wagu burgers tasty. Mimosas delicious. Would attend again. A little loud inside with large groups in the cafe but overall a good experience for the price of 65 each.

Nice vibes, delicious foods, friendly staffs, remember to book beforehand to get the best experience. It gets busy on the weekends but to be expected. Highly recommended.

Went to Mimosa for Bottomless lunch and really enjoyed my experience! The staff were all really friendly. I went for the non-alcoholic version and there was a great selection of juices and drinks to choose from! The food was really good too, I had the mushroom pasta! Only downside was I wish the serving size was a little bigger, but other than that, of definitely recommend it!

Amazing, the lady serving us was nothing short of an angel. Breathtaking. Nothing was too much to ask, even dealing with toms vegan, gluten free, no smoking, no anything diet. She is an asset to this business, so please give her a pay rise. UNREAL service.

FANTASTIC! We had the bottomless lunch on Saturday. Great food and lovely drinks (really enjoyed the red wine). To top it off impeccable service. Great way to spend a winter’s day with good mates.

Jumped in for a quick brunch today as was enticed by the all-day breakfast option and was not disappointed. The coffee was exactly as I like it and meal portion suitably heavy. I was pleasantly surprised by the chilli scrambled eggs which satisfied my palate. Will definitely visit again when in Subiaco next.

Mekyja was so friendly and catered to our every need. Her friendly and attentive service made our reservation at Mimosa worth every dollar. We will definitely be coming back and hope Mekyja will be serving us (with a pay rise.)

Milkd Subiaco is a fantastic little coffee shop!! The Coffee is always consistently good as well as the food. The staff are polite and fast, which is perfect for us corporates with a 15 minute work break. If you are in Subiaco, give it a go!!

Really great place to get my coffee fix each morning.

Love the friendly staff that greet you and remember your order.

Their food selections are great too, just check out the delicious muesli cup pic.

Lovely little location in a back street. The coffee I had was not bad without being particularly memorable. Paid parking and free street parking nearby makes this a useful little catchup spot.

Situated on a corner behind the Rokeby Rd mayhem (with an hour's free parking next door), Milkd offers an alternative supply of coffee and standard food.

Good coffee, average food.. Just order a takeaway and find somewhere else for breakfast. Nice staff, not really set up for a small group breakfast and food average. Poached eggs overcooked. Ok but nothing special.

Yummmmm !!. I always get my soy flat white here and i love this place ,
but yesturday i had their salmon rocket salad with pear ..
and a coconut and mango muffin in toast form . it rocked !
see u at lunch time Milkd :)

Overpriced and a weak coffee. Also expect to wait, if there are 2 people in front of you in line expect to be there 15 minutes. On the flip side the savoury muffins and toasted ham and cheese sandwich are quite good.

Not bad, not good. I bought a bircher muesli and skinny flat white takeaway, it was OK. I don't feel like they have mastered the bircher muesli as it wasn’t pre-prepared and he had to rush and whip one up for me, also the oats at the bottom were not soaked they were dry so that again is not proper bircher muesli. It still tasted good, however it was more ‘muesli and yoghurt’ than bircher muesli. I am pretty used to this as I find a lot of places I go to don’t understand/haven’t mastered bircher muesli (perhaps I am looking too much into it haha). I also got a skinny flat white and it was really quite horrible which I wasn’t expecting after the Milk’d North Perth made me one of the best coffees I have ever had. It was a really weak and watery coffee, and really bland, also not very hot. It was still drinkable though so I drank it anyway (undrinkable to me is like... really horrible, burnt, and bitter). All in all I will probably not go back unless I get something different as I think other menu items would be a bit more thought out. (and maybe I will avoid the coffee..)

Burnt. I have been a long time customer of Milkd Subiaco. I get 2 large coffees 5 mornings a week, my staff go there every day & each afternoon I get coffee for myself and for those of my staff that are in the office at the time. On average, I would personally spend about $100-$150 per week there. You would think that would give me some level of loyalty & courtesy there, but it doesn't. After today's disgusting performance (and I call it a performance because it went on for so long) from the owner, Loretta or Loreena, I won't be going back there & have advised my staff as well, who also won't be returning.

She is rude and arrogant. She berated one of her staff so that I could hear her as well as had a go at me, both directly & about me to another customer as I stood there waiting for my coffee. She did not have the backbone obviously to come out from behind the counter whilst she did this. I told her that if all of this was such a hassle for her, then I did not need to get my coffee from her. All of her carry on was over 0.60 cents! She certainly felt the need to keep mentioning the words "my staff".

The rest of the staff are lovely, it's just a pity that the owner is such a piece of work. How someone like that has managed to stay in business, let alone the hospitality business is beyond me. She obviously does not believe in keeping loyal customers, or any customers for that fact, happy and satisfied.

So long Milkd. My suggestions - to the staff, find other jobs. To patrons - find somewhere that appreciates you and your business as she clearly does not give a damn.

Over-priced. Its the nearest cafe to work and we don't get much of a lunch hour so I have purchased lunch here a few times, the food is good but way over priced! Staff are friendly and the cafe gets a lot of sun if you wanted a coffee outside, but be prepared to pay for the privilege.

Had a brunch here. Good coffee. Had a what I think was called a bruffin, tasted great. Wife had soy chia said it was amazing.
Inmybelly
Overpriced. Position and staff are good. Can get the same for cheaper not far away.

Coffee here is not good at all. Very weak. Very disappointing considering the other milkd bars are so good. Wouldn't bother!

Spilt Milkd. Takeaway coffee here is not great - they got the order wrong and it was also really milky and weak. Their wraps and sandwiches are nice enough but too pricey. Subi has much better offerings in much better locations and this place seems to be the most expensive of all.

Waiting 25 minutes for an average over priced coffee, when you have tickle my bean just down the road... Don't get mlkd

Could be better. Waited over 20 mins only to find they missed my order. Sandwich is quite tasty but overpriced.

Fantastic super friendly staff- what a great crew! Pity the coffee is average - we've been in a few times a week over the past months (because its closest) it's only getting slightly better.... The boys in North Perth need to get the Subi crew trained up. Breakfast is now $14 for eggs on toast so go to Cantina 663 - its the same price but 10x better.

Don't order as coffee after 4:45 as the machine is off. Now to Cafe Cafe where the coffee is still on.

First impressions.... First time visiting Milkd Subiaco. An arrogant and rude barista who spoke down to other customers and myself. Younger staff seemed to have it under control, but the barista (a lady who looked like the owner) in no way did and continued to mutter under her breath hide behind the machine. My coffee order was missed (friend who ordered after me got his) and when I queried this I was made to feel like an idiot. What's more, the coffee was way too hot.

Way to get the word of mouth going Milkd. I won't be coming back.

Great coffee. Great staff. I live and work in Subi and must disagree with the other review claiming an array of great places for coffee. There are a heap of average coffee joints in these parts (notable exceptions are Spring and Boucla). My many coffees are always great as is the service. They do plainish but nice sandwiches and toasties but as usual in Subi they're priced way too high for what you get. Who can justify that much for a ham, cheese and tomato toastie? Perhaps there's a conspiracy among Subi/West Perth coffee shops to keep prices at this crazy level? Anyway coffee there is great.

Nice venue (but). I like the location and the fit out of the new Subiaco Milkd.
The staff are super friendly and the service was excellent.

Such a shame then that the coffee was pretty damn ordinary. I left half of mine, my partner commented on the unpleasant after-taste and I have to agree.
I hope that it was just a bad day for coffee...

that said, I doubt I'll be back as there is a selection of reliably good coffee dispensaries nearby.

Coffee that day was nice and hot, perhaps it was the beans as my cappuccino could of done with a 2nd shot.
