Celebrated birthday there with family. Excellent service and great food. Birthday girl even had a cocktail on the house. Highly recommended for dining..

Went for breakfast on the first day they started serving it. Service was painfully slow, and it took nearly 20 minutes to get a drink. The food followed about 35 minutes after being seated. The breakfast was nice, good portion for the price but the hash browns were overcooked. They took them off the bill with no hesitation. In a nutshell it was a nice breakfast but way too slow to arrive. Improve the speed and you'd be on to a winner.

Terrible service, terrible food. They are the only restaurant in Perth who don’t sell Pepsi max, Diet Coke or Coke Zero. When I then ordered water, I had to go to the bar and ask again after 15 minutes of not receiving the same. The beef ribs were cold like they had just been defrosted. The pork belly was not crispy and clearly not fresh. Rubber. The meals are large but uninspiring and not fresh. My partner is coeliac so we ordered only gluten free options. She even told the waitress to check with the kitchen and was given the wall clear. Now she’s on the couch sick. If I could give zero stars I would.

Slow service but the worst part about our visit was that the chicken wasn't cook properly in the cajun chicken salad. It was very pink inside on one end. Couldn't complain to the manager because he wasn't there. They didn't charge me for the dish but the whole experience was very disappointing. This restaurant is not going to last, there is just too many great restaurants in Subi for it to be around much longer.

Firstly, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom; only a giant roll of hand towel sitting on the cistern with a note that read ‘please close the toilet lid so that the toilet roll doesn’t fall in’ lololol... secondly the menu was a little odd but seeing as it was half price meals on a Sunday we gave it a go. Unfortunately that also meant that some meals were half cooked! (The lamb shanks). The Asian decor doesn’t quite fit with the name of the venue and I have to agree with another reviewer in that the Astro turf on the wall was pretty random. The waiter was really nice though!

Friendly & attentive staff, the menu is a little different, mix of italian/asian but I liked it like that. We got cheeseboard & 6/7 small plates between us which actually filled us up and was fresh & really nice). I see previous negative comments so perhaps they have taken them into account and made improvements as I'd definitely recommend the place!

We booked a table at this restaurant for our Anniversary. I made a mistake and thought it was BYO. We were seated on a table crammed next to other people although there were plenty of tables on the other side of the room. We felt very uncomfortable. We were seated on the street side with the big window fully open so I felt like I was sitting in a street cafe. It was a cooler evening so had to sit with my leather jacket on all night. There was no toilet paper in the ladies. Get your act together!! I decided to order wine from their menu. I could not believe the prices. The average price for a bottle of wine was $65.00 dollars. We decided to open the wine we brought and paid the $20.00 dollar corkage. I ordered garlic bread for a starter and my husband ordered squid. They brought the squid out without my garlic bread, after asking the waitress for my garlic bread as my husband did not want to start his meal before me, we waited another 15 minutes. The worst part was we still had not finished eating our starters, when the waitress came out with our main meals. At this point I was annoyed and could not believe she would consider bringing main meals to the table when you can clearly see we were still eating. My husband by now was just wanting to get out of there as soon as possible and told the waitress to put the meals on the table. the food was good but unfortunately everyone else lets the Chef down. This restaurant ruined our night from start to finish. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Bad service and overpriced.

Beautiful environment, dim lights and jazzy, cozy vibes. Food was delicious! Had to give a 5 stars, perfect for couples! Not only does it have great food and wine it is truely an experience you’ll take away with you :)

Seriously terrible. Sevice was horrid. We came for a birthday, never again. Tiny over-priced meals. One wasn't served until after the rest of us had been finished. Menu needs correcting from steak burger to steak slider. I had a lamb shank, it wasn't even a whole shank, it was about 1/2 a shank.

Went to Joe's Wine and Dine for lunch today. A totally disappointing experience. We ordered the Leeuwin Estate Riesling ($65) and were served some little known Chardy from somewhere in NSW. I returned the bottle to the bar (table service was ridiculously slow) and was told they didn't have the LE, and that after Christmas, they had very little. We needed up with a Grace Farm Chardonnay for $70, which wasn't ideal, but OK. Our orders for food and beverage took about 30 mins before we were written up (and there were only four tables in the restaurant) and when they came out, they were not great. The crispy skinned salmon was soggy, with overcooked, cold vegetables, and my husband's pork belly was almost stewed and soggy with none of the salty 'crisp' expected. His book choy was swimming in some sort of watery, cloudy liquid. All in all an underwhelming experience.

I’ve been here with friends midweek after shows at the Regal as well as on weekends ..Always pleasant , welcoming staff and an interesting array of dining options ..The cocktails are great (recommend the Lamington cocktail - sounds disgustingly sweet but really should be tried - yum !)For my birthday , we tried a few specials (4 small tapas portions with a bottle of wine for $88) and supplemented with additional sides ..We asked if we could bring a little cake and the staff kindly dished it up with candles and serving implements/plates ...Unfortunately no live music that evening to add further to the ambience but a great night had by all ...
Recommend the half price dessert night (Tuesday) and Sunday afternoon music sessions too - decor is curious (?astroturf on the walls ??) and whimsical but the food , drinks and music make this a great place to check out ....

We went here on a Tuesday which is half price food. I'm glad we paid half price for our meal 🍴. Definitely wasn't worth full price. We had the tasting plate and polenta chips. The food had like zero seasoning so pretty much no flavor. Onion rings were dry and so was squid of tasting place. The best part was Prob the chorizo and salad of the tasting place but I feel it's very hard to messed up those foods. Do not try the polenta chips so dry and flavorless. It still cost $25 for dry and flavorless food. Will not be coming back and do not recommend.

Dodgey beware
Attended this restaurant in August been there once before on a Sunday when meal was half price overall okay.
Looked like Subiaco was struggling so keen to return for live jazz night and $5 gin and tonics.Had steak was terrible, cold and cooked to the poimt of being a steak tartare drizzled with mushroom sauce some thin liquid sauce and 5 tiny bits of mushrooms.Chewy and stringy. The pandan creme brûlée a thin consistency not set and tasteless..Service slow waited for three quarters of an hour for dessert .
To top it off my husband was charged for someone elses dinner the charge was reversed on our card and we again paid for our dinner .We have now been waiting for over two weeks for a refund.Very difficult to get anyone to return our calls .The staff do not no the owners mobile number to rectify this situation. When finally I do speak to someone Eric L saids he will look into it .Waited for over a week for a call back when I contacted him he still hadn't attempted to rectify situation .Visited bank that day to message me back saying transaction reversal has not worked out IT guy is away on holiday and can't fix system.Perhaps I could come and collect cash but no money in till today ! I tried again this Sunday with message unfortunately there is only $90 in the till so maybe we could reschedule for Tuesday or Wednesday?? .... maybe next year might suit!!! Asked for them to transfer money into my account but am still waiting....Dodgey business beware....

My group were looking forward to Sunday lunch, with 50% off the food prices. Long after we had ordered we were advised that about half the menu items were 'not available'. It took almost two hours for our dishes to be served, by which time many of our party had gone elsewhere. One dish was inedible and mine was OK but not great. It was only the good company of my friends that saved the afternoon at all. Will not be giving this place a second chance.
