Review Kfc - Subiaco

Took my nephews here today for a burger and it was all pretty filthy. The tables were dirty and so were the floors and whole place really. I understand its a fast food place and my standards shouldnt be high, but this was really quite bad. I hope they can make some changes. Food was fairy good, but overall experience not very pleasant.

The worst KFC experience, requested original pieces and was given hot and spicy, when asked for exchange, the staff re-acted rudely. He Torn the paper bag open and stuff the chicken in, and gave to me without turn his body. He obviously doesn’t want to be there and please do him a favour get him out of his misery.

Hands down the best quality kfc I have been to in Perth, food is always fresh and hot, chicken is juicy. I’m working at the multiplex high rise around the corner, sometimes they get high traffic of workers for lunch and they leave the place messy but usually pretty tidy 5/5 also best customer service 😁 Thanks Subiaco.

Today I stood at the counter for over 13mins before the young female serving front desk even acknowledged/looked at me. They WEREN'T busy and she didn't seem to care much when I did point out how long I'd been waiting for. Won't be going back. I'm a manager in retail and it was terrible service I could under stand it if was super busy but even then you still acknowledge the person waiting and let them know you'll be with the in a min.

I bought some original tenders and original fillets and they weren't crispy, they looked like the sole of a shoe, very greasy. It was definitely reheated meat from the day before. Too bad. I will not buy from KFC Subiaco again, the worst KFC I have ever been to.

Been going here since highschool, where I would get a popcorn chicken to smuggle into Ace Cinemas Subiaco (RIP). Pretty much always delivers on crispy, tasty chicken. Staff friendly also.

Some of the best service I have ever had. I would give it 5 stars if not for the following 1. The pregnant lady overdosing on methamphetimene in the back corner 2. A middle aged man tripped over a small child while carrying his food to the table, causing him to brutally attack the child and leave him with 13 broken bones and a fractured skull 3. Saw a worker spit into the fries 4. I will go through the drive through with a car bomb on the 16th of August 2022 at 4:35pm

Everything else was the usual not too old chicken where it was editable, but the chips were raw. Raw to the point where the inside was still cold and stiff in the centre, and had to push the chips away. Didnt want to cause a fuss as they were busy.

Favourite spot for a late night greasy treat. Chicken pieces, popcorn chicken and chicken tenders were crispy and freshly cooked. Very filling even for 2 people

Apart from the every now and then Tuesday 9 chickens for $9.95, the one other thing that I recommend in KFC is their california burger! It’s thick, it’s juicy, it comes with coleslaw inside the burger and it tastes really good for a non-gourmet burger! Ala carte is only $7.95 so it is worth it!

Terrible!<br/>Waited for 5 minutes for service and was only person in queue. Then was told they had no original or singer chicken to order a basic meal. AVOID

I know it sounds silly but so far this is the best KFC we've ever been. The chickens are so fresh and crunchy. Great and quick service. We don't live around Subiaco and compare to KFC closer to our house, KFC in Subiaco is the winner

Fed-up with walking away with half a box of chips whenever I buy a (so called) LARGE chips. See picture. Lift your game KFC Subiaco. This happens ALL the time!

Quality shame at the dignified restaurant, every-time I get my shame fix from here I am greeted with exquisite customer service and the shamyiest of chicken  around, with every bite I want to scream allah akbar and let all my shame brothers know that this is living! 11/10 IGN would recommend!

Best shame chicken around. This one never fails to disappoint, however they are charging 60c for sauce now which is a little cheeky but doesn't bother me as I never ask for sauce. Shame level: 10/10

Bad reviews?. If your all complaining about Subi def don't try the riverton store! They're my two outlets and Subi is always 10x better. Juicier, tastier and fresher! Think yourselves lucky..

Disgrace and pathetic. It is a total disgrace that you have to wait 20 mins at the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of you, seriously that long of wait??? but even worse its not just a once off its every time. get your act together. shame its the only one in the vicinity.

Worse KFC EVER. As I live in Subiaco this store is convenient and I have tried now three times and all of them have been a nightmare<br/>the food is always old and that is if they have all what is suppose to be in the pack, the staff are not trained and are rude and while there is a number of people waiting to be served the Manager is sitting down observing. I walked in today hoping that it may be better than the drive through as the other two times I have done the drive through and have waited for over 30mins to be served.....walking in was not any better... I seriously don't know how this store is still in business the way it is run and have given it my VERY last time as a customer

Worst food experience in a long while. Looking for some quick food at 7.30pm we went to KFC. Bought 2 Kentucky Fried Burgers and chips, which I have eaten before and enjoyed. The burgers were terrible, overloaded with a very sweet brown sauce and otherwise bland, chips were soggy and cold! I seem to remember these burgers having Mayo on them in the past. How hard can it be to make a chicken burger and chips. No wonder Nandos is killing you!!!

Shocking Service.. Lack of staff during the peak hours that people eat.<br/><br/>Don't go to his KFC.
