Good strong coffee which i enjoy. Busy atmosphere, will return to try out some food next time, but for this visit, attentive staff and good coffee.
I went here for breakfast. Ordered a gluten free meal was good but didn’t blow me away. Overall it was a good experience. Went on a Saturday morning was very busy.
Ordered an ice chocolate and a chia bowl on a hot summer day - the drink was pleasantly rich, not too sweet and almost tasted like it had a dark chocolate base. It didn't ruin the rest of my meal by being too filling! The chia bowl had plenty of fruit, some a bit sour, and fruit sorbet which acted as the sweetener for the chia pudding. Overall, a pleasant and light meal, to which nothing was overly seasoned and everything balanced on the plate.
Hustling n bustling place even for a mid Monday morning. Modern industrial decor. Really quick service and lovely quality food. I was glad I’d ordered a piece of sourdough though to go with this breaky to mop up that delicious runny yolk.
"Possibly" the "coolest" cafe in Sunbury ...
Sunbury has evolved ... the cafe scene is leading the charge I would say ... I can't believe the quality and set up of such cafe existed here ... a pleasant surprise.
Specialty coffee, sourced from a local roaster, Little Goat, teamed up with Synesso MVP, operated by a cool looking barista is a serious set up. Lattes were subtle, smooth but got characters.
We haven't tasted the food, but would be happy to drive back there to check out this cool cafe in Sunbury. JT-12/07/2018.
The new autumn salad!
Was extremely tasty, healthy option. Would recommend this dish highly.
Cute cafe, one of the nicest ones in that area for sure.
Coffee isn’t the best, but has multiple milk options which is a huge plus these days.
Standard brunch dishes on the menu to please everyone .
Good location
Lovely service with great feel to the cafe.
My favourite cafe in Sunbury! Food is always delicious and creative. Large menu with ever changing specials.
Coffee is good too, but beware they have long waits for take away coffee on weekends (because it’s the best place in town).
Very modern set up, would feel at home in Fitzroy or Brunswick.
Spotted owl has great tasting coffee and breakfast options. But has a limited lunch menu. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is inviting
Perfect place to go if you wanna catch up for coffee and cake. Service was friendly and helpful as I have coeliac and requested gluten free options. Their deconstructed spiced chai was tasty and their Eton mess was presented well and was delishhhh
Tried out the spotted owl for dinner and was very impressed with the menu. The sword fish did not disappoint and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I recommend this place as your next dinner out when in Sunbury.
