I decided to try this little gem in Sunbury and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere and decor is beautiful. Service was fast and efficient.
We ordered garlic bread to share and two pizzas. Just delicious thin crush Italian style, loved it!!

A very warm, and accommodating restaurant with excellent portion sizes and food!

We ordered today the pulled pork burger and a chicken parmigiana and were nothing short of impressed. The burger buns were very soft, accompanied by a tender pork meat and delicious coleslaw taste. The chicken parmigiana tasted fresh, chicken cooked well with a delicious sauce on top- definitely hit the spot today!

We would recommend Itahlia for those looking for some good hearty Italian cuisines!

Vegetarian Food Lover

Itahlia is a casual Italian restaurant located next to Readings cinema in Sunbury. I ordered an entree size pesto penne with seasonal vegetable salad. Both dishes were generous in size & delicious. Service was friendly & attentive. My friend had the Nutella pizza, it was too rich for me but maybe not for chocolate/Nutella fans.

Love Itahlia! I came across it by accident when waiting for a movie with friends and fell in love. Friendly service, great atmosphere and amazing food! I loved the hug portion sizes as well!

Pleasantly surprised. Staff were very friendly and polite. Cheesy Garlic bread came out quickly as an entree. Bowl of fries was generous and my porterhouse was better than expected with good flavors and cooked well. $2.50 for pepper sauce a bit rich. Other diners enjoyed their pasta and the main size was too big for one guy, but a take away container was offered. Drinks list could probably do with a freshen up. Great value, good staff and speedy service. If you're tired of getting average value at other restaurants in Sunbury, I recommend giving Itahlia a go.

Great food and service, Will definitely be returning to try the ribs and Risotto.. we had the salt and pepper Calamari and kids tried a ham and cheese Pizza.

Can't understand why this restaurant only got 2.9.
Foot was really good, I had a veal snitzel. Kids has calamari, pizza and nuggets. Everything was really good.

A small group of us went to dinner at Itahlia to celebrate a birthday. We were warmly greeted by the wait staff. Drinks arrived promptly and the food was well presented and the 'salt and pepper' calamari was fresh and delicious. We were given plates for the birthday cake and staff even took our photo. I was very impressed by the staff, food and décor. Well done and thank you.

We received great service on a busy Saturday night, staff were attentive and food came out quickly. Very family friendly with our two young kids. Food was fresh and good value.
Would definitely visit again.

Great place to dine with a good variety of pasta, pizza and other dishes. Licensed premises which is also nice too. Family atmosphere even though one could tell not only family members involved with the cooking and/or serving. Great friendly environment.

Been here 3 times. First 2 times was ok, this time was a better experience. Food was reasonable though disappointed that I couldn't get veal schnitzel. Overall would go again and do recommend.
