Went to this restaurant on New Year's Day as it was one of the only few restaurants in Sunbury that were open. Service was quite slow as they were understaffed and didn't expect the amount of people that came in for dinner. I ordered the butter chicken, garlic and cheese naan bread and the biryani which all tasted amazing and was well worth the wait. I will definitely be coming back!

Good feed. Been there many times, enjoy the indian restaurants in sunbury have just taken a liking to bombay as it does always have more gravy to dip into(personal thing). personality isnt their finest attribute but the food is what I go there for and they haven't let me down. The temperature of the food is a bit hotter than expected so probably order a notch down if this is a concern.great size meal. get the rogan josh with a couple of garlic breads and your gonna have a great feed.

Cheap Takeaway and Good Quality Food. Had butter chicken, rice and naan bread for takeaway tonight. Great tasting food and enough to adequately feed two (2) for just $20.00. Will definitely go back soon.

Really surprised there is negative reviews this is one of the best Indian resturaunts around consistently beautiful food great service friendly staff although limited English one of our favorites.

Best Indian around. We have eaten at bombay masala more times than I can count and have always had a fantastic meal. We have taken friends and family there and never had a single complaint from anyone. Takeaway is generously proportioned and not expensive. The butter chicken is to die for and the best thing is every meal will be cooked to your own taste/mild medium or hot so it covers everyone. Highly recommend a visit soon.

Best Indian in Sunbury by far.... Great service and tasty food, although you do need to ask for it to be extra hot, otherwise it will be mild which I suppose most people prefer. And the takeaway servings are larger than the eat inn servings. Beautiful art works on the walls to

Delicious authentic indian!. Absolutely love this restaurant!! An incredibly satisfied customer here! Delicious flavors, Great prices, friendly service & i'll definitely keep coming back here again & again, truly yummy! Perfect way to end a hard working week & the BYO option is fab too! :)

This is one authentic Indian restaurant that has been rectified in place for a very long time. The staff are very friendly and helpful willing to go out of their way to assist. I would completely recommend this place to eat.

Ordered Delivery with huge recommendation from a friend and Glad that I have found a place to enjoy great authentic Indian variety of food.Loved it. Delhi Style Butter Chicken. Lamb Saag.....Done& Dusted. Will be looking forward to try the rest of the Menu. Thank you.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about... We've been ordering from FOI for a while and have never had a bad meal. Example of customer service - One order was delivered but the bag split in our driveway and food went all over the concrete. Not only did we get that dish replaced very quickly FOC, but one of the owners came to deliver with a big bottle of water and washed down the spill! Recommended 100%.

Dunno why people are complaining about the food? We recently moved to SUNBURY from Melbourne and I can confidently say after eating a ton of different Indian food around Melbourne and Singapore, this place cooks one of the best Briyani I've tasted! Really fragrant, really tasty and the spice is spot on. The butter chicken was very tasty and the fragrance when opening the takeway lid was so bloody good! We also ordered the lamb malai which again was good. The only gripe I have is the lamb was a little dry, but that was due to the cut of the lamb which was too lean. Service from the young lady was fantastic and friendly. The cost of their food isn't expensive as mentioned by others..under $50 to feed a family of 3 is pretty good value to me. First time eating their food and will definitely be coming back! Don't change a thing!
