I was walking past The Phat Pantry after buying a Torte from the Cheesecake shop for my daughters 16th when I first noticed this new restaurant at Pinelands SBH. As I was excitedly grabbing their Takeaway Menu (coz Thai Restaurants are seriously lacking in the Sunnybank Hills area & it is my absolute fave cuisine) a Customer exited TPP & said "OMG that was the best Thai I have eaten for lunch in a looong time. So authentic. You wont regret ordering from them!" Well I happily tucked that menu into my bag and a week later we did order & she was absolutely right! The netted crab & prawn rolls were divine. The Red Thai Curry was spot on & the Pad Thai Vego was inhaled by the Vego & the Carnivores alike. I stayed with our families conservative & usual dishes but there were many other choices that also interested me....even some new ones! (Wagu Beef Nam Jam OR the Clams!!) It was refreshing to see a Green Papaya Salad on the menu also...medicinal food & cant wait to try. Nice one Phat Pantry!!

Currently my favourite Thai spot when while we summer in Brisbane! I've been here numerous times and have never been disappointed. I've ordered most of the dishes on the menu and it really is great. Awesome and authentic Thai restaurant with a dope hipster vibe. My favorite is def the Tom Yum Soup, the fatty Chunky Pork Belly (lol), Pad Thai with Prawns!! Enjoying a cup of Bang Bang after shopping at Coles is just perfect!! Keep up the good work guys!!

Have eaten here twice. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. Both times were fabulous. The service was exceptional and the food was both inventive and full of flavor. Delicious!!!!
