They use very fresh vegetable and meat. From the flavour, I can tell there is professional chef cooking in this restaurant. A good flavour Asian meal I have had in Melbourne in the past ten years with this restaurant.
Have been coming here for years, great set menu for tables of 8-12. Food is always fresh and tasty. Would avoid coming on event days like Mother’s Day or Easter etc as the cooking can be slow. Great service though.
Came here recently for a function party. The catering was amazing. The banquet included Shark Fin Soup, chicken coleslaw, Chinese brocolli sautéed in garlic, fried rice.
But the standout dishes for me were the truffle crab noodles. Holy Moley. Forget truffle pasta. Truffle crab noodles blew my mind. I had at least 3 bowls. The noodles were soft and juicy with the perfect amount of truffle.
My other favorite dishes were the steamed fish and soy, salt n pepper chicken ribs and the Mongolian wagyu!
I’m still dreaming about those noodles today.
