We’ve been coming here repeatedly over the last 12 months. Started as our Friday morning coffee spot with friends, which soon became lunch after seeing the menu.
Recommend booking as the space doesn’t take long to fill up for lunch.

Great service and pricing!
Overlooking the city views provides a spectacular backdrop after finishing a round of golf. My $18 beef burger was delicious for a golf clubhouse far better than others I've eaten at proper burger venues, well done!
Derrimut Skye's Bistro is now called Birdies & Bogeys.
Disclosure: I have been a member at this golf club for 5 years but tonight was our first visit. This is also my 2nd review....I never wanted to be a serial blogger but it's hard not to spread a good word when you uncover a gem!
Came here with the wifey and kids...WOW! $25 steaks with a glass of wine. We honestly expected a mediocre meal but was quite blown away. Steak was of good quality and well cooked. Free live band on Fridays as well. Ultra friendly staff. I am ashamed that I avoided coming here for years.

Sunday Lunch. I come here all the time for Sunday lunch with my mum. The staff as SUPER friendly and lovely. We usually get a parma+chips+salad for $10 which is not bad, but have recently noticed the parma is smaller, there are fewer chips and less salad than before.
Wow I was looking for somewhere special to take my aunt for her birthday near her home and after reading these reviews decided to book. The service and food were faultless. The restaurant stayed open for just the six of us despite no other guests. The staff were very accommodating and did not hurry us along. We ordered 3 courses and wine. The truffled polenta stack rivalled the best Melbourne restaurants at a fraction of the price while the fillet steak was nothing short of perfect. The flourless orange cake was to die for. This is without a doubt one of the best restaurants in the west with very reasonable prices and fine dining quality. We will be back
The Derrimut Skyes parma is absolutely fantastic, the club itself is beautiful, the staff are friendly and coming in at $19.50 its not too bad on the price scale, (and for bargain hunters, Friday from 6-7pm is Toss the Boss, flip a coin when you order a drink and if you get it right you drink for free). If it weren’t for the lackluster sides it would be in contention for the top spot however there were a couple of issues that knocked it down, don’t get me wrong - Get in your car and head to Derrimut Skyes tonight
9 holes course, pretty good for a casual game but do not underestimate it.. little bit challenging with the lake around 1 and 2 and a creek at the 4th (Par5) But there are a couple short par 4s with birdie opportunities too
We had a wonderful family night here in Altona North, Paisley Park. “Out and about” the event is hosted by the Hobsons Bay city council. We got free face painting for the kids, a free little tree pot plus the amazing happy vibe in here with the locals!! Absolute fun!

Best 9 hole course in the west.. with great alternate tees for the back nine. Only one bunker but lots of water and very challenging to those that come and try to conquer..
This is our go to golf course in the area.
Dont get to play as often as I would like, but when I can I'm almost always able to walk straight on. And if I cant, I can always grab a bucket and have a practice hit while I wait at the driving range.
Fairways and greens are well kept.
Course is fantastic for novice and up players, which make it perfect for the casual players.
Good 9 hole course, not too many trips on the fairway but a lot of water about. Easy to get about except for a few patches between holes when it's been raining.
They are currently rebuilding the clubhouse as I write this, however the pro shop is still in full operation.
